摘要： The invention relates to an ethylene cationic polymer comprising at least one primary, secondary or tertiary protonable amine function which is at least partially neutralised by a polymer organic acid neutralising agent which contains at least one carboxylic, sulphonic and/or phosphonic acid function. Said invention also relates to a cosmetic or pharmaceutical composition comprising said neutralised polymer in a physiologically acceptable medium, in particular, cosmetically or pharmaceutically acceptable medium. A method for cosmetically treating keratinic materials, such as a body of face skin, nails, hairs, eyebrows and/or eyelashes, consisting in applying the inventive cosmetic composition to said keratinic materials is also disclosed.

摘要： Water-soluble high molecular weight polymers, useful as coagulating agents, are prepared by initiating the polymerization of acrylamide or a monovinyl monomer mixture containing a predominant amount of acrylamide in an acetone-water mixture at a temperature of not lower than 5.degree.C but of lower than 25.degree.C in the presence of polyvinyl alcohol and a catalyst, the concentration of the monomer in the polymerization reaction mixture being 15 to 30 % by weight and the concentration of acetone in the acetone-water mixture being 15 to 35 % by weight, and continuing the polymerization reaction while controlling the viscosity of the reaction system by adding a water-miscible organic solvent having a small chain transfer coefficient to the reaction system with the progress of the polymerization reaction.

摘要： A process for producing acrylamide polymers involves polymerization of acrylamide or methacrylamide or polymerizable monovinylic monomers containing predominantly acrylamide or methacrylamide in a mixture of acetone and water in the presence of polyvinyl alcohol, the amount of acetone being from about 23 to 30 %, preferably up to 29.5 %, by weight based on the weight of the acetone-water mixture and the amount of polyvinyl alcohol being from 0.5 to 4 % by weight based on the weight of the polymerizable monomers. The water-soluble acrylamide polymers obtained by this process are in the form of a powder and possess high intrinsic viscosity or high molecular weight so that they are useful as flocculating agents.
