    • A transportable apparatus has a main body configured to be transported in a horizontal orientation, and then raised to a vertical orientation in a working position. A base is mounted on the bottom end of the main body such that the main body rests on the base in the working position, and such that the base is carried at a rear end of the main body when the main body is in a horizontal transport position supported on. The base is rotatable about a vertical base axis such that the main body can be rotated with respect to the base about the base axis. A frame and wheels can be pivotally attached to the main body to transport the main body and then be stored in a vertical orientation along a wall of the man body in the working position.

    • A mixer truck includes: a mixer drum capable of carrying ready-mixed concrete; a driving device that drives the mixer drum to rotate using an oil pressure of a working oil; a pressure sensor that detects a driving condition of the mixer drum driven by the driving device; a controller that determines a magnitude of rotation unevenness in the mixer drum by comparing a magnitude of variation in the driving condition detected by the pressure sensor with a predetermined set value after the ready-mixed concrete in the mixer drum has been discharged; and a notifying device that notifies a driver that the magnitude of the rotation unevenness in the mixer drum has reached an allowable value when the controller determines that the magnitude of the variation in the driving condition detected by the pressure sensor has reached the set value.

    • A method and system operable with a front discharge transit mixer to facilitate multiple deliveries of concrete materials from a single batch of concrete material. The system includes an interactive weight system which is utilized by the transit mixer operator to quantify the amount of material discharged at each delivery point. The front discharge transit mixer has a plurality of fluid springs in which the pressure is sensed and thereafter interpreted to obtain the initial weight of the truck and concrete material prior to delivery of a first quantity of concrete. After the discharge of the first quantity of concrete, the pressure within the plurality of fluid springs is sensed and thereafter interpreted to determine the quantity of concrete remaining in the front discharge transit mixer. The discharging of concrete can continue with the determination of the quantity of concrete for each discharge.

    • An admixture dispensing and concrete mixer monitoring system which determines the correct amount of admixture, such as a stabilizer, to dispense in a load of unused concrete or for washing out a concrete mixer includes an admixture dispensing unit linked to a computer system. The computer system includes a processor which controls and monitors the operation of the dispensing unit which includes an admixture piping system and a water piping system. The processor is linked to various pumps, meters and valves in the admixture and water piping systems to control the flow of admixture and water into the concrete mixer. Additionally, the computer system provides questions and prompts to the user to assist in accurately and quickly determining the correct amount of admixture to deposit in the concrete mixer. The computer system also allows the tracking of multiple delivery or mixing trucks and their content status at multiple mixing plants to assist in the scheduling thereof.
