摘要： A drain lock sealing apparatus is positioned in a drain pipe for being locked therein and further for sealing the pipe to prevent odors and vermin from coming from the drainpipe into the room. The apparatus includes a grate positioned over the drain pipe, a resiliently deformable sealing ring extending from the grate into the drainpipe, an rigid expander member with an inwardly tapered outer surface extending into the sealing ring, a resiliently deformable frusta-conical member attached to center hub of the expander member so that the peripheral closure edge of the frusta-conical member is in non-fixed normally closed relationship against the circumferential edge of the expander member so that the closure edge opens in response to liquid passing through the grate into the drain and resumes normally close relationship in response to the secession of liquid passing through the grate. A bolt extends through the grate and cylindrical sealing ring and is screwed into the axial hole whereby tightening of the bold compresses the sealing ring axially to deform the cylindrical sealing ring radially into clamping engagement against the interior surface of the drain pipe.

摘要： A sink strainer basket includes a strainer body and an odor prevention arrangement. The odor prevention arrangement includes a drain regulator and a filtration handle. The drain regulator is provided on the strainer body to fully occupy a drainage opening. The drain regulator includes a main drainer body having a sewage passageway, and a blocking assembly movably mounted on the main drainer body to normally close the sewage passageway. The filtration handle extends from the drain regulator to be supported in a drainage cavity. When liquid and larger items are drained in the sink strainer basket, the larger items are filtered by the filtration handle, while the liquid is allowed to pass through the filtration handle to push the blocking assembly to open for draining of the liquid through the sewage passageway.

摘要： A standing water alert system comprises two conductive wires or a float extending into a drain and connected to an audible or visual alarm that is triggered when standing water is present. A drain alert system and method comprises a plurality of sensors, such as pressure or acoustic/vibration sensors, at various locations within a plumbing or fluid filtration system to measure pressure or an acoustic profile at that location and a control system to compare the measured parameters to a threshold value or range and/or to other measured parameters from nearby sensor locations. A signal is sent to a remote user or computer or an alarm is triggered when the comparison shows a potential blockage, a leak, or indicating that a filter needs to be replaced or cleaned. An approximate location of the blockage, leak, or fouled filter is determined by comparing measured parameters at nearby sensor locations.

The device comprises a funnel with a flexible chute, a flexible ring, a bottom surface, a first sidewall, and a second sidewall. The funnel may also comprise a gasket. The flexibility of the chute and the ring allow the funnel to be compressed to fit drains of various diameters. The chute may contain one or more slits or one or more louvers. The bottom surface of the funnel sits on the crossbar of the drain and diverts the flow of water and debris to a quadrant of the drain. The funnel and gasket comprise a thermoplastic. 摘要： Drain chain systems include a cap connected to a chain. The cap is configured in size and shape to enable passage of water through the drain when the cap is positioned adjacent the cap. During use, the chain is positioned within a drain and hair gathers on the chain. The chain can then be pulled out of the drain, by the cap, to remove the hair. The chain can be cleaned of entangled hair and reused, or the chain can be discarded with or without the cap, by either leaving the chain connected to the cap or by detaching the chain from the cap and replacing it with a new chain.

A top wash basin is on the top of the cabinet, with the top wash basin including a spout for water and a sink for accepting liquid therein. The cabinet also can include a rinse detergent tank and a wash detergent tank, wherein a rinse detergent can be added to the rinse detergent tank and a wash detergent can be added to the wash detergent tank while the wash washing machine is activated.
