    • Disclosed here are methods, systems, paradigms and apparatus for displaying artworks using magnetic prints and magnetic frames. A magnetic print is an artwork printed on a flexible sheet that can be magnetically attached to a magnetic frame, which has magnetic properties. The flexible sheet is made using one or materials, including a metal that is attracted to a magnet. The flexible sheet can also contain a magnet, which is attracted to the magnetic frame. The flexible sheet has an artwork on one surface and can be removably attached, e.g., magnetically, to the magnetic frame on a second surface. The magnetic frame and print facilitates easy switching of the artwork. For example, when a user wishes to switch an existing artwork to a new artwork, the user can peel off the old magnetic print from the magnetic frame and lay out the new magnetic print on the magnetic frame.

    • An ornamental including a main body, at least one folding-element, having a pivoting-side and a tip disposed oppositely to the pivoting-side, and a folding mechanism. The folding mechanism facilitates the user to pivot the at least one folding-element with respect to the main body and thereby, change the peripheral shape of the ornamental article. When all of the folding-elements are unfolded, the ornamental article is in an open state. When all of the folding-elements are folded, the ornamental article is in a closed state. Preferably, the ornamental article further includes holding mechanisms, such as magnets, for maintaining each one of the triangular folding-elements in either an open state position or a closed state position. Optionally, a holding mechanism is a pair of magnets having opposing polarity, such that the magnetic force attracts the magnets to each other.

    • A decorative, multi-layered article of manufacture is described having a surface with portions of the underlying layers exposed. Multiple layers of curable thermosetting resin are cast into a mold having relief portions therein, wherein each layer has a different color. The resins are cured to form a first laminate with a substantially planar out-of-mold surface and an opposing in-mold surface having relief portions therein. Multiple layers of thermosetting resin are then cast onto the first laminate in-mold surface to follow the relief portions. Each layer has a color different from the other layers. The plurality of resins are then cured to form a second laminate, and such that the first and second laminates form an integral article having a face surface with relief portions therein and an opposing substantially planar back surface. The face surface of the article is then subjected to conditions sufficient to expose portions of the layers of the first and second laminates.

    • A centerpiece assembly in which an array of floral-like elements is supported on a rack to simulate a bouquet of cut flowers. Each element in the array has a stem formed by a transparent tubular wand filled with pellets of candy whose color imparts color to the stem. The lower end of the wand is provided with a removable stopper, the upper end having a decorative flower-like pom-pom attached thereto. The rack, fabricated of transparent material, is composed of a base plate having a center post anchored thereon on which are supported at least two tier plates, one above the other, each tier having a ring of equi-spaced holes therein coaxial with the center post. The upper tier ring has a diameter greater than that of the lower tier ring, whereby each hole in the upper ring is spaced a greater distance from the post than the corresponding hole in the lower ring. The wand of each floral-like element is inserted into a respective hole in the upper ring and the corresponding hole in the lower ring, with its lower end resting on the base, whereby the elements of the array are outwardly inclined and converge at the base to simulate a bouquet of cut flowers.
