摘要： A fascia system for a building is disclosed. The fascia system includes a sheet of material comprising a first part and a second part, as well as a first fascia board and a second fascia board. The first part is coupled to three sides of the first fascia board, and the second fascia board is held in a predetermined relationship with respect to the first fascia board in response to the second part being coupled to three sides of the second fascia board. In some embodiments the second part has a shape which is a mirror image of the shape of the first part. In some embodiments the sheet of material is composed of galvanized metal. In some embodiments a decorative pattern is applied to the sheet of material. A connector for connecting two boards is disclosed comprising a sheet of material further comprising a first part and a second part, wherein a first board is held in a predetermined position with respect to a second board in response to the first part being coupled to multiple sides of the first board, and the second part being coupled to multiple sides of the second board.

The secondary object is comprised of an assembly of interconnecting parts. The parts of the secondary object are assembled around the elastomeric gel protrusion in the area of the hole. Once assembled, the secondary object engages the hole in the elastomeric gel protrusion. As a result, the secondary object becomes mechanically interconnected to the end of the elastomeric gel protrusion.

The connector (10) is a mating screwthread (38, 58) which is terminated on each member by abutting projections (24, 64), operating as a ratchet. This ensures torque is transmitted between the members in a uni-directionally manner so that make-up torque is never applied to the screwheads when torque is applied to the members. A running tool (12) and a method of setting a liner in a well bore is also described which incorporate the connector (10) so that the liner may be part of a drill string and is left cemented in place in the well, after drilling is complete.

摘要： A coupling apparatus for coupling free ends of a pair of tubular ducts in flow communication with one another, the free ends of the ducts being separated by an axial gap. The apparatus includes a sleeve having a length sufficient to span the gap and to overlap portions of the free ends of the ducts when the sleeve is secured to the free ends of the ducts. The sleeve includes a first stretchable ply of material, a non-stretchable ply of material, and a second stretchable ply of material sandwiched together to form a unitary assembly. The non-stretchable ply of material has an axial length approximately equal to the axial gap to fill the axial gap. A pair of clamps may be used to secure opposing end portions of the clamp to the free ends of a pair of ducts. The apparatus enables the free ends to be couple together even if slightly misaligned, and the sleeve is highly resistant to ballooning, slippage and rupturing.
