    • An object of the present invention is to provide a sending apparatus, sending method and a communication system with utilizing the sending apparatus that can improve efficiency of data sending operation and can reduce a duty for data communication. Each sending apparatus classifies data stored on a storage into groups “X”, “Y” and “Z”, fractionates a clump of data, classified into each of the groups “X”, “Y” and “Z”, by a number of fractions based on a sending completion allowable time for the classified data, and sends the fractionated data in multi cycles at every sending interval, without sending and receiving the data stored on the storage all at once. Each sending apparatus selects any one piece of data generated from fractionated clump of data for each of the groups “X”, “Y” and “Z”, and then sends the selected piece of data at every sending interval.

    • The present invention discloses a communication terminal included in a network system in which a plurality of communication terminals are connected to a single transmission medium. A priority information acquisition section (11) acquires priority information contained in a currently transmitting packet. A priority determination section (13) determines, based on priority information contained in a to-be-sent packet and the priority information acquired by the priority information acquisition section (11), which one of the to-be-sent packet and the currently transmitting packet should be given priority. A jam signal generation section (14) generates a jam signal if it is determined by the priority determination section (13) that the to-be-sent packet is given priority. A communication section (15) sends out the to-be-sent packet on the transmission medium after the jam signal stops and before the currently transmitting packet is sent out again.

    • A polling device of the present invention performs communication control such that frame synchronous transfer modes and frame asynchronous transfer modes are used so as to perform a communication operation, and includes: a polling counter section for reading all communication channels for each address number; a state circuit for changing the order of priority in transfer each time the polling counter section counts one round of values after initializing the state circuit for each frame period; a latch section for latching a value of the polling counter section; and a matching detection section for comparing the value latched by the latch section with a value of the polling counter section, in which a polling operation is started from the value latched by the latch section at the time of initializing the state circuit for each frame period.
