    • A dart board includes a frame with ring members and ribs connected within the frame so as to define partitions between the ring members and the ribs. A post extends from each connection point of the ring members and the ribs and a noise absorbing member is mounted to each post. A target unit is movably retained in each partition and each corner of the target unit is guided along the posts so that when the target unit is hit by a dart, the target unit moves silently along the noise absorbing members on the posts. An electric circuit plate is located on a rear side of the target units and a base board is connected to the frame to position the electric circuit plate in position.

    • A dartboard includes a board frame and a plurality of target blocks coupled at the board frame. Each target block includes a block body, a predetermined amount of target materials, and a block panel. The block body has a material compartment and two openings aligning with the material compartment. The target materials are made of sisals and filled within the material compartment. The block panel is affixed to one of the openings of the block body to form a bottom panel of the respective block body so as to retain bottom of the target material within the material compartment of the block body.

    • A target (1) for use with a projectile has a web (7) defining a target face and a back board (29). The target face is divided into multiple segments (3, 5). A cup (19) filled with a projectile-receptive insert material (27) is mounted for sliding within each segment. Each cup has one or more resilient cushions (35) between the cup and the back board. Each cushion has at least one electroconductive area. The back board has pairs of switch contacts (25), forming electrical switches. The projectile impacting a cup at the target face with sufficient force causes the cup to slide within the segment urging the electroconductive area of the one or more cushions to touch the switch contacts, resulting in closing of the switch defined by the switch contacts and signaling a hit to onboard electronic circuitry. The at least one cushions beneath that cup return the cup substantially to its original position.

Included in this invention are variations of the learning system involving religious, phonetic and phonological awareness, vocabulary, geography, mathematical, historical, and other facts. This system incorporates the concepts of the general game playing skills and tactics of a commonly known game, darts, but further incorporates the concept of using various facts and a point earning scheme to constitute a learning system that while educational is also entertaining. This learning system includes but is not limited to darts and dart boards because the game board can be made from various materials that will allow it to be safely used by children and adults of all ages both indoors and outdoors.

    • A dartboard consists of an electronic plate (40), a base board (42) mounted on the electronic plate (40), a frame (10) having multiple compartments (12), multiple dart blocks (20) loosely mounted inside the respective compartments (12) and a window frame (70) mounted on the frame (10). All improvements in configuration make the dartboard precisely calculate scores.
