摘要： The invention provides a cloth taking-up device including: a platform, on which glue/cloth to be taken-up are disposed; and a clamp part movable with respect to the platform, which can clamp a roller and roll the glue/cloth to be taken-up successively onto the roller. An outside surface of the platform has an included angle of 0°-180° with respect to the horizontal plane, on which the glue/cloth to be taken-up are disposed, and the clamp part can keep the roller in parallel with the outside surface. The cloth taking-up device can avoid uneven pressure applied to the glue/cloth to be taken-up in the down-press manner, improving uniformity of taken-up glue/cloth. Meanwhile, the foreign matters on the glue/cloth to be taken-up can easily fall off, and the foreign matters on the rollers cannot drop onto the glue/cloth to be taken-up with the rotation, thereby ensuring glue/cloth taking-up quality.

It discloses an apparatus for sticking cloth, including: a rack; a workbench arranged on the rack; a roller frame arranged above the workbench and provided with a pair of clamps which are configured to clamp a rubbing roller onto which a cloth will be stuck; a horizontal moving mechanism mounted on the rack and configured to drive the roller frame to move horizontally; and a heating pad mounted on the workbench and configured to heat a rubbing cloth and a double sided adhesive tape. By means of heating the rubbing cloth and the double sided adhesive tape by the heating pad, the air bubbles on the surface of the rubbing roller may be reduced to optimize the rubbing alignment process. The present disclosure also provides a method for sticking cloth.

Strengthening tape is applied to the surface of the duct along its entire length. The apparatus for applying the strengthening tape is a tray having adjustable wiping arms. The wiping arms stretch the duct out as it is pulled through the tray. A roll of tape is mounted adjacent to the wiper arms and is automatically applied as the duct is pulled along the tray through the wiper arms. At least two wiper arms and continuous strips of tape along the longitudinal surface of the duct core are preferred.
