    • The present invention provides a carton structure, comprising: a confined body portion having four side wall portions formed by four rectangular boards, and bending portions formed between the side wall portions; a top cover at top of the confined body portion and configured to match therewith; a bottom cover at bottom of the confined body portion and configured to match therewith; wherein at least two supporting members attached onto surfaces of the bending portions; two upper and lower areas at outer surfaces of the side wall portions adjacent to the bending portions are formed of at least two openings and two folding portions correspondingly; the openings and the folding portions are connected to each other; and the folding portions can be pushed and bent toward outer surface of the supporting members in order to reach inner surface of the supporting members to be further secured onto the supporting members.

    • A carton suitable for packaging a coil of wire with a payout tube has a cover for selectably closing the open side of a five-sided clamshell. The carton can be loaded by placing the coil and payout tube on the cover and then closing the clamshell over the coil. The clamshell has a payout tube aperture and an entryway that permits the clamshell to fit down over the payout tube with the tube extending through the clamshell. Doors open to permit initial access of the tube to the aperture during closure of the clamshell. The doors then close to prevent the tube from becoming dislodged from the aperture. Guide flaps constrain the coil during closure of the clamshell. The final panel of the carton to be closed is secured on all of its free edges to prevent inadvertent opening of the carton. Fold lines are reinforced with reinforcing tape. The carton blank is laid out to have a waste percentage of less than 20%.

    • A container formed from a blank sheet of material. The container includes a plurality of panels that are coupled together along substantially parallel fold lines and that include a first major panel and a second major panel. The plurality of panels form a plurality of sides of the container and define a cavity with a bottom and a top. An outer bottom flap is coupled to the first major panel and has a plurality of edges, and an inner bottom flap is coupled to the second major panel. The container also includes a plurality of flanges where each flange is coupled to one edge of the outer bottom flap. When the container is assembled, the inner bottom flap is positioned adjacent to the cavity bottom and the outer bottom flap is positioned adjacent to the inner bottom flap in a face-to-face relationship forming a bottom of the container. Each flange is folded and coupled to an outer surface of one side of the container.
