摘要： A power take-off (PTO) system for a motor vehicle includes a PTO housing. The PTO housing is mounted to a transmission case. A disconnect clutch assembly is positioned within the PTO housing acting when supplied with a first volume of a pressurized oil from the transmission case to engage an output shaft member. A controlled lube oil circuit is isolated from the first volume of the pressurized oil. The controlled lube oil circuit supplies a second volume of the pressurized oil directly to the disconnect clutch assembly to lubricate the disconnect clutch assembly. A lube oil drain return is connected to the PTO housing. The lube oil drain return receives oil that collects inside the PTO housing to be returned to the transmission case.

摘要： A system is provided for dissipating heat in an onboard non-engine powered aircraft wheel drive assembly with drive means that power one or more aircraft wheels to drive the aircraft autonomously on the ground without directly using the aircraft engines. The heat dissipation system is integral with a wheel drive assembly mounted substantially completely within a nose or main landing gear wheel. A reservoir mounted outboard or inboard of the wheel drive assembly increases thermal distribution mass and fluidically communicates with wheel drive assembly components to automatically circulate heat transfer fluid between the wheel drive assembly and the reservoir when the operating temperature exceeds a predetermined maximum temperature during aircraft ground travel. The heat dissipating system can be retrofitted in an existing aircraft to improve thermal distribution and prolong wheel drive assembly and drive means operation and useful life.

The method for controlling a hybrid vehicle including an engine, a driving motor, and an engine clutch connecting between the engine and the driving motor includes: detecting a failure of high voltage components for the hybrid vehicle including an air conditioner, a heater, and a low voltage DC-DC converter (LDC). In response to determining a failure of at least one of the high voltage components an operation of the high voltage components in a normal state are turned off. The electric oil pump is operated with a counter electromotive force generated from the driving motor by operating the driving motor with power of the engine while a speed (RPM) of the engine is maintained at a predetermined minimum demand speed or greater.

摘要： An in-wheel motor drive assembly includes a motor case defining a motor chamber and a reduction mechanism chamber provided on one side of and isolated from the motor chamber by a partition wall. An electric motor is mounted in the motor chamber. A planetary gear reduction mechanism is mounted in the reduction mechanism chamber, and reduces the rotation of the electric motor and outputs the reduced rotation to a hub ring. The reduction mechanism is lubricated by lubricating oil stored in the reduction mechanism chamber. A tapered oil guide surface is formed at the center of the inner surface of the partition wall facing the reduction mechanism chamber. The oil guide surface guides lubricating oil splashed up by the rotating reduction mechanism and flowing down along the inner surface of the partition wall, onto the rotor shaft of the electric motor, thereby lubricating bearings mounted on the rotor shaft.
