摘要： A scoring machine (1) for scoring a surface of an item which is substantially plane in its main dimension and is curved transversely to its main dimension, the item being moved along a transport path (2) in a direction of movement (3), such as a surface of an item being conveyed forwards by means of a number of conveyors (4,5,6), the scoring machine 1 comprising a structure (11) with a curved path (7) of substantially the same curvature as the conveyed item transversely to its main dimension, and a number of scoring devices (14) being mounted on the structure (11) in such a manner that the scoring devices (14) are movable along the curved path (7) extending transversely to both the transport path (2) and the direction of movement (3) of the item moved, which makes it possible to score the surface of items in a uniform manner regardless of the point of time of the working day on surfaces of up to 700 items an hour and in a hygienic manner.

摘要： Provided is a tool for cutting food into pieces, that includes at least one cutting element adjacent to a bearing surface. The cutting element has at least one vertical member forming a longitudinal cutting member provided for slicing the food to be cut longways, and a transverse wall having, on either side of the vertical member, two transverse cutting members provided for separating the food pieces that were sliced longways, so as to provide two channels for cut food. The vertical member has a front notch. A retaining member, which is rigidly connected to the bearing surface, can be inserted into the front notch. Also provided is an accessory for preparing food and to an appliance for preparing food having the above-described tool for cutting food into pieces.

In the present invention, the opening of the horizontal shell disposed horizontally is a material output port; a material-input tube is disposed on the upper part of the shell, and the material-input tube extends upward to form a material-input port; a cutter unit with the same direction to the opening disposed inside the horizontal shell; the rotating shaft protrudes out of the bottom of the shell; a protective cover is disposed on the material output port, whose ring is inserted in the material output port, and the top portion of said protective cover extends outward to form a tongue portion for covering up the opening of said material output port of the shell. So the problem that fingers of consumer are injured accidentally by rotating blade of the cutter is solved.
