摘要： A controlled delivery drive mechanism includes a drug container having a barrel and a plunger seal; a drive housing within which at least initially partially resides a piston having an interface surface and a drive rack; and a power spring. The piston is configured to contact and axially translate the plunger seal within barrel. The mechanism may be configured to convert rotational movement of a drive pinion to axial translation of the drive rack, or to convert axial force of a linear power spring into torsional motion of a drive pinion. A regulating mechanism meters the drive pinion such that the piston is axially translated at a controlled rate. The drug container may contain a drug fluid within a drug chamber for drug delivery at a controlled rate. The regulating mechanism may be an escapement regulating mechanism. A drug delivery pump includes such controlled delivery drive mechanisms.

The invention is characterized in that penetration and withdrawal mechanism (48, 74, 78, 86) comprises a driver (48) operably connected to said medicament delivery member assembly (62, 66) and to said activation and stop mechanisms (16, 34; 108, 110); a drive element (74) operably connected to said driver; a biased force element (86) connected to said drive element (74); a switching element (76) arranged between the driver (48) and the drive element (74); wherein operation of said activation mechanism (14) allows said biased force element (86) to interact with said drive element (74), causing a movement of said switching element (76) such that said driver (48) is moved towards a predetermined direction and slaves the medicament delivery member assembly (62, 66) to said penetration position; and wherein operation of said stop mechanism (108, 10) allows said biased force element (86) to further interact with said drive element (74), causing movement of said switching element (76) such that said driver (48) is moved in an opposite direction and slaves said medicament delivery member assembly (62, 66) back to said initial position.

摘要： The present invention relates to a radiopharmaceutical distribution device. Thus, the present invention provides the radiopharmaceutical distribution device comprising: a vial for storing an object selected from radiopharmaceuticals or radioactive isotopes; an object supply unit which checks radioactivity by extracting the object stored inside the vial as much as a set amount so as to temporarily store or discharge the same, and which measures radioactivity of the residual object of the discharged object; a saline solution supply unit which is selectively communicated with the object supply unit so as to discharge a saline solution that is to be mixed with the extracted object; and an injection part for storing the object having a specific radioactivity and discharged from the object supply unit and the saline solution of a set volume discharged from the saline solution supply unit in a mixed state.

摘要： A repeater system may control a pump by using a repeater and a user interface. An adhesive patch system may be used for affixing a pump or other object to a human body. Such an adhesive patch system may include two sets of adhesive members, each member including an adhesive material on at least one side so as to attach to the body. The members of the first set are spaced to allow the members of the second set to attach to the body in spaces provided between the members of the first set, and the members of the second set are spaced to allow members of the first set to detach from the body without detaching the members of the second set. Also, fill stations and base stations are provided for personal pump systems.
