摘要： Provided are a gas mist pressure bathing method and a gas mist pressure bathing system that improve the efficiency of absorbing a gas mist from the skin and mucous membranes of a living body. The gas mist pressure bathing method is provided with a first step, a second step and a third step. The first step involves supplying a gas mist for a predetermined time to at least a first cover 51 of a living body cover member 50 having said first cover 51 and a second cover 55 positioned outside of the first cover 51, the inside of said second cover 55 being substantially sealed; covering the skin and mucous membranes of the living body; and forming a space wherein the gas mist supplied by a gas mist generating means 30 is sealed. The second step involves discharging the gas mist from the first cover 51 and/or the second cover 55. The third step involves supplying the gas mist for a predetermined time from the gas mist generating means 30 to the first cover 51 and the second cover 55, and keeping the pressure inside at least the second cover 55 in a predetermined range. The first to third steps are repeated multiple times.

A liquid massage system comprises a liquid circuit for collecting liquid from the tub, the liquid having at least a pump device for exposing the liquid in the liquid circuit to a pump action. A plurality of nozzles are provided at ends of the liquid circuit, each nozzle having a nozzle body with at least one connector portion in fluid communication with the liquid circuit. The nozzle body defines an outlet adapted to be mounted to a tub wall opposite one said opening in the tub wall for feeding liquid from the liquid circuit to the outlet into the bathing cavity of the tub, at least some of the nozzles having a throat portion in the outlet, the nozzles with the throat portion having an inner diameter reduction ratio between the nozzle body and the outlet of at least 2.5.

摘要： A boot assembly and method that simulates, in a static equine animal (stalled or hauled), the natural mechanical action of walking or other gaited exercise. The assembly has a boot, containing a shock absorbing pad that is fitted with dual pulsing bladders disposed under or inside the shock absorbing pad. Pressuring and relaxing the pulsing bladder in the bottom of the boot rhythmically pushes against the sole and frog and against the toe of the equine hoof in much the same way that the hoof is exercised when the animal is moving. The pulsing action helps stimulate blood flow through the hoof and is beneficial to shod, injured, and transported horses. The assembly may be fitted on one or more hooves, and may be automated to provide timing and sequencing to simulate different gaits of the animal. In some aspects the assembly is disc posed in an ice boot or ice spa boot to also provide cryotherapy as well as simulated exercise.

An exemplary embodiment of the device includes a housing structure, and a primary electrical power connection connected to the housing structure and including a primary wiring cable for connection to a line voltage source. A load system is disposed within or adjacent the housing and configured for powered operation by electrical power from the primary electrical power connection. An auxiliary power connection is provided for electrical connection to a separate bathing installation device to provide power to the separate device. A wiring circuit is disposed within or adjacent the housing structure and electrically couples the primary electrical power connection and the auxiliary power connection so that line voltage power is shared between the load system and the separate bathing installation device.

摘要： A portable relaxation therapy massage device for administering spray fluid therapy to the head comprised of: 1) A helmet that fits over the head with multiple spray jets; 2) A reservoir for holding various therapeutic liquids and substances, such as water and ice; 3) A first pump for pumping the therapeutic liquids in the reservoir to the helmet to be sprayed onto the head and neck of the user; and, 4) A second pump for returning the expelled liquids back to the reservoir for subsequent reuse. The interior of the helmet also includes a multiplicity of sources of colored light to provide craniofacial chromotherapy. In combination, spray fluid therapy and chromotherapy provide a relaxing and refreshing stimulative experience for the head.

摘要： The present invention is in the field skin treatment, in particular and deep pore cleansing and delivery of benefit agents deep inside the pores. The invention further relates to air-water jet devices for providing said skin treatment. Accordingly it is an object of the invention to provide for a device and process for deep pore skin cleansing, especially, a process for skin cleansing using reduced amounts of water. We have found that a skin cleaning device comprising an air-water jet, wherein the air and water are mixed outside the nozzle(s), provides improved cleansing of skin, including deep poor cleansing, with low usage of water.

The combination bathtub and spa also includes a pump having an inlet and an outlet, a suction line that provides a path for water from the tub enclosure to the inlet of the pump, a jet nozzle that is located in the sidewall of the tub enclosure, and a jet nozzle supply line that provides a path for water from the outlet of the pump to the jet nozzle. A filter is provided to filter the water that flows into the tub enclosure, as well as a heater for heating the water that flows into the tub enclosure. A control valve is adapted to open to allow water to flow through the filter or to close to stop the flow of water through the filter.

摘要： Circulation of blood in an ischemic region can be improved or promoted, and furthermore ischemic disease in a living organism can be prevented, improved or cured through either direct contact of, or contact through clothing of carbon dioxide gas with the skin or mucous membrane of the living organism. The following steps (a) to (d) are continued at least once per day for four weeks, that is, a step (a) of pulverizing and dissolving carbon dioxide gas into a liquid, and producing a carbon dioxide gas mist by forming the same into a mist; a step (b) of spraying the carbon dioxide gas mist into a carbon dioxide gas mist-enclosing means for enclosing the living organism in an air tight state, a step (c) of expelling gas existing in the carbon dioxide gas mist-enclosing means into the outside, if necessary in parallel with the step (b), in order to maintain the pressure of gas within the carbon dioxide gas mist-enclosing means at or above a prescribed value being higher than the atmospheric pressure, and a step (d) of continuing such a step of supplying, for at least 20 minutes, the carbon dioxide mist into the carbon dioxide gas mist-enclosing means.
