摘要： An article of clothing can be used to reduce or prevent the occurrence of prolonged skin-on-skin contact, rashes, irritation, intertrigo, infections, discomfort, or chaffing. Such an article of clothing has a moisture management material made up of at least an outer layer, an inner layer, and a tab. The moisture management material is attached to a portion of the article of clothing via a tab of the moisture management material. The moisture management material may be of various shapes and sizes and preferably fits within a prescribed area of the article of clothing. The moisture management material may be variably positioned within the article of clothing to provide differing results such as additional support and/or moisture absorbing or moisture moving where necessary. Preferably the article of clothing is a brassiere but may be a shirt, diaper, pants, socks, panties, or other undergarments.

摘要： Provided is a post-operative pillow garment for therapeutic use by patients recovering from chest or abdominal surgery, particularly heart surgery, and having two detachable members wherein the members include a front member and rear member. The front member and rear member can be attached to one another via adjustable shoulder and torso straps forming a vest-like garment, covering the front and back midsection region of the patient and extending from the cervical area to the navel. The front member includes a soft stuffing or padded material intended to act as a pillow for compression when coughing, sneezing and the like, wherein the rear member may be padded for comfort. The post-operative pillow garment can be worn while sleeping and is reusable. There can be a fastener disposed on the exterior surface of the front member and both the shoulder and torso straps for adjustability thereto.

摘要： A negative pressure wound dressing for use with breast incisions. The wound dressing includes a drape layer, a manifold layer, a base layer, and a reduced pressure interface. The drape layer has a first surface and a second, wound-facing, surface. The drape layer is substantially impermeable to liquid and substantially permeable to vapor. The manifold layer has a first surface and a second, wound-facing surface. The manifold layer has a perimeter defined by a first convex curved side surface defining a first lobe, a second convex curved side surface defining a second lobe, and a connecting portion between the first lobe and the second lobe. The base layer is configured to: (i) couple the drape layer to the manifold layer, and (ii) the dressing to a patient's tissue. The reduced pressure interface is integrated with the drape layer.
