摘要： For a vehicle disc brake, a piston-side first friction pad is provided with at least one protrusion on a piston-contacting section that excludes the central axis line of the piston and the piston is provided with an engagement hole capable of engaging with the protrusion. Symmetric with the piston-side first friction pad with a brake disc therebetween, a reaction pawl-side second friction pad is provided with a protrusion. As a result, it is possible to provide a vehicle disc brake in which the first friction pad and the second friction pad are both made to have a protrusion, reducing the possibility of incorrect assembly, and the friction pads themselves are made to be used in common, facilitating product management.

The determination unit includes an output block section that blocks, when the determination unit determines that any one of the controllers is not normal, an output of the controller that is determined to be not normal.

摘要： Cup seals are fitted to a cylinder hole of a hydraulic pressure master cylinder. A plunger is movably inserted into the cylinder hole via the cup seals. A fluid chamber is formed on an outer circumferential side of the cylinder hole and between the cup seals so as to communicate with a fluid storage chamber through a fluid communication hole. The plunger is formed in a cylindrical shape having a bottom and provided with a recess portion opening toward a bottom portion of the cylinder hole. A hydraulic pressure chamber is defined between the recess portion and the bottom portion. Plural communication ports are formed in a circumferential wall of the recess portion, to penetrate the circumferential wall. When the plunger is in an initial position and is in a non-operating state, the communication ports connect the hydraulic pressure chamber and the fluid chamber.

摘要： A motor pump includes a base body, a pump, and a motor. The motor includes a tubular yoke having a bottom and an opening on a base body side, a bearing, a rotation shaft, a rotor, a commutator, a brush and a brush shaft. The bearing is fitted to an inside of a bearing hole of the base body. The brush holder is fitted to an inside of the yoke and engages with an outer peripheral surface of the bearing. The brush holder and the bearing are disposed so as to be spaced from the base body in an axial direction of the rotation shaft. The motor-side seal member is provided between the yoke and the base body. The base body constitutes a stopper that prevents the brush holder from being extracted from the yoke.

摘要： A vehicle disc brake includes a caliper body, pistons and a pair of friction pads. The caliper body has a pair of operation arms and a bridge portion. Each operation arm has a cylinder bore and a pair of pad guide grooves. The pistons are each inserted into the corresponding cylinder bore. Each friction pad has a lining and a back plate. Each friction pad further includes a pair of lug pieces and a projection. The lug pieces are accommodated in the pad guide grooves so that the friction pads are movable in an axial direction of a disc rotor. The projection is provided so as to be positioned inside an opening portion of the piston with a gap from an inner circumferential surface thereof.
