    • A bonnet type steamer including an ultrasonic atomizer for generating a mist at room temperature and an electric heater for heating the mist for the generation of steam before the mist enters into the interior of a bonnet where the customer's head is inserted for hair treatment. Control circuitry made up of a microprocessor senses and regulates the temperature of the steam with the aid of a temperature sensor.     • An L-shaped brake control lever 8 is pivotally disposed on a side frame spacing post 4' coaxial with a sleeve 5 on which the supporting arms 7 for a line tension sensing roller 6 are pivotally mounted, one arm 8' of the lever being coupled to a roller arm 7 for pivotal movement therewith. The other lever arm 8" is adjustably spring biased and is coupled to the free end of a pivotally mounted brake lever bearing a frictional brake shoe disposed adjacent the inner surface of a reel spool flange. When the unwinding fishing line is under tension, it lifts the roller 6 which, through the lever and arm linkage coupled thereto, releases the spool brake against the force of the biasing spring. When the line tension is reduced, however, the spool brake is automatically re-engaged to thereby prevent backlashing.

    • A motor for an electric power steering apparatus is obtained which can reduce the number of parts required. The motor has terminals for electrically connecting between leads and a stator coil. Each terminal is a band-shaped conductive member that has a pair of connector side terminal end portions at its opposite ends, respectively, when developed, and a plurality of stator side terminal portions protruding to one side of the conductive member along a longitudinal direction thereof. Each terminal is deformed in its thickness direction into a circular shape, and the connector side terminal end portions being bent in the same plane are connected with each other to form a connector side terminal portion. The connector side terminal portion is connected to the leads, and the stator side terminal portions are connected to the stator coil.

    • A water depth measuring device for a fishing reel has a mounting seat integrally provided on an upper portion of a reel body. A main section of the measuring device is integrally formed and includes a watertight compartment housing electrical components such as a sensor, a controller, an indicator, a sound maker, and a power supply. A rotation detection section of the measuring device is provided in a projecting case mounted on the reel body and includes a roller mechanism having a magnet attached thereto. A roller included in the roller mechanism is biased into contact with a fishline wound on the fishing reel to rotate upon cast of the fishline from the fishing reel to cause rotation of the magnet and the generation of a flux signal. The sensor in the main section of the measuring device detects the flux signal and an indication of the length of the fishline cast is displayed on the indicator. The sound maker provides an audible signal indicating the cast of a selected length of fishline. The main section and rotation transmitting section are separately mounted on the reel body.
