An outer diameter of a tapered portion increases gradually from an outer diameter narrower than a region where the first through hole and the second through hole overlap with each other before insertion to an outer diameter wider than the overlapping region. When inserted into the first through hole and the second insertion hole, the tapered portion expands the overlapping region to thereby narrow the fastening aperture.
