摘要： Disclosed is a laser apparatus of amplifying a laser pulse output using an anisotropic laser crystal through chirped pulse amplification. The laser apparatus includes a laser resonator. The laser resonator includes a plurality of anisotropic laser crystals, generates a shorter femtosecond pulse by widening a spectrum bandwidth through a combination of different gain spectrum distributions using the anisotropic laser crystals, and allows a laser beam to travel in axial directions with different thermal characteristics of the anisotropic layer crystals in order to reduce a thermal effect.

摘要： The present invention provides a laser apparatus for medical treatment using pulse trains, in which the skin is cooled to a given temperature and then one or more laser pulses are applied to a to-be-treated region at specific intervals, thereby alleviating a pain associated with a skin disease and activating a dermis layer. According to the present invention, a pain caused during the treatment process is alleviated by using laser pulse trains and a cooling unit, and heat energy is transferred to only a dermis layer of a to-be-treated region without eliminating an epidermis layer of the to-be-treated region, thereby remarkably improving the treatment recovery period and the frequency of treatments as compared to the conventional treatment method.

摘要： Disclosed herein is a light source device for fluorescence diagnosis and photodynamic therapy comprising: a plurality of light source means having a wavelength range different from each other and providing selected light; a light path coupling means coupling light emitted from the light source means to the incident direction of a light guide; a filtering means selectively transmitting the emitted light based on the wavelength; and a switching device that is directed to an opening/closing means, established at a long distance to be controlled by a remote control device and selecting the kinds of light sources of the light source means to change the modes of the light. Accordingly, the device simplifies the configuration by excluding elements causing errors in the process of fluorescence diagnosis in the diagnostic region. Moreover, the light source device for fluorescence diagnosis and photodynamic therapy couples the light emitted from a combined light source to provide a sufficient light strength in the visible light region, thus improving the illumination quality to increase the accuracy of the diagnosis and further improving the therapeutic efficiency.

摘要： The present invention provides an apparatus for photodynamic therapy and fluorescence detection, in which a combined light source is provided to illuminate an object body and a multispectral fluorescence-reflectance image is provided to reproduce various and complex spectral images for an object tissue, thus performing effective photodynamic therapy for various diseases both outside and inside of the body.For this purpose, the present invention provides an apparatus for photodynamic therapy and photodetection, which provides illumination with light of various wavelengths and multispectral images, the apparatus including: an optical imaging system producing an image of an object tissue and transmitting the image to a naked eye or an imaging device; a combined light source including a plurality of coherent and non-coherent light sources and a light guide guiding incident light emitted from the light sources; a multispectral imaging system including at least one image sensor; and a computer system outputting an image of the object tissue to the outside. Thus, the apparatus for photodynamic therapy and photodetection of the present invention can effectively perform the photodynamic therapy and photodetection by means of the combined light source capable of irradiating light having various spectral components to an object tissue and the multispectral imaging system capable of obtaining images from several spectral portions for these various spectral ranges at the same time, thus improving the accuracy of diagnosis and efficiency of the photodynamic therapy.
