摘要： An electric element includes a dielectric layers, conductive plates, anode electrodes, and cathode electrodes. The anode electrode is connected to a first signal line that has a width substantially equal to that of the electric element disposed on the substrate. The anode electrode is connected to a second signal line that has a width substantially equal to that of the electric element disposed on the substrate.

When the mobile computer is located within an external other organization network, a communication with the mobile computer is carried out by routing data to the external other organization network using the care-of address, and addressing the mobile computer within the external other organization network using a mobile address assigned to the mobile computer at a time of moving outside the own organization networks which is a global address.

The present invention offers a number of advantages including a reduce amount of polymer that may adhere to the surface of an azeotropic dehydration column, a low-blowing separation column or an in a high-boiling separation column in a plant for producing acrylic acid. Consequently, the production plant can be operated for a long time without stopping operations.
