    • A vibrating apparatus, such as a shuttle type dot printer, has a vibrating unit mounted in the casing thereof and which, when it operates, generates vibrations in opposite lateral directions of the vibrating unit. The vibrating unit is mounted in the casing for providing interacting of vibrations which occur in the inside by leaf type springs connected between pairs of projections on the vibrating unit and the casing with the plane of the leaf type springs perpendicular to the lateral direction of the vibrations of the vibrating unit. The apparatus further has a locking device for locking the vibrating unit relative to the casing, which, when the casing is on a supporting surface, allows the vibrating unit to vibrate freely in the opposite lateral directions, and which, when the casing is lifted off the supporting surface, locks the vibrating unit to the casing.

    • The network system includes: a command transmitting unit that transmits a command for requesting information required by the representative device for network management from the non-representative device, when the non-representative device has joined a network or when there is a change in a state of the non-representative device; a command receiving unit that receives a command including the information sent from the non-representative device that has received the command; a management unit that manages the information received by the command receiving unit as device management information; a representative device selecting unit that selects a next representative device using the device management information when functions of the representative device are to be disabled. The network system does not need a special management apparatus when there is a changeover between a representative device and a non-representative device and management authority as the representative device as well as accumulated information are inherited.

    • A lateral pull wire screen with a net attached, between a first longitudinal frame member in a wire screen frame and a movable frame for an opening/closing operation, to be openable/closable by a lateral pull; a net guide guiding the lower end of the net goes in and out in compliance with the opening/closing of the net. The left/right convenience in the net opening/closing can be altered by the first longitudinal frame member and the movable frame, together with the net attached between them, having substantially upside/downside symmetrical shapes, and reversing them in their upsides/downsides without reversing their fronts and backs. Also, the net guide can be altered in its attachment position by, upon the upside/downside reversions, selectively attaching the net guide to attachment parts provided in both ends of the first longitudinal frame member fixing one end of the net guide.
