    • One or two inductor electrodes formed of hairpin-bent or curved electrode patterns are made on one main surface of a component member of a nonreciprocal circuit device, and connection electrodes are formed on the other main surface at positions corresponding to both ends of each inductor electrode. The component member may be a spacer member or a terminal board. Both ends of each inductor electrode are connected to the connection electrodes by through holes. The port sections of central conductors at the signal input and output side are connected to input and output terminal electrodes through the inductor electrodes, formed on the component member of the nonreciprocal circuit device. Each inductor electrode forms a low-pass filter in combination with capacitances in the nonreciprocal circuit device.

    • A nonreciprocal circuit device which can achieve miniaturization and cost reduction by increasing attenuation outside a passband and greatly decreasing the occurrence of extraneous radiation emissions. The nonreciprocal circuit device comprises: a magnetic circuit comprising a permanent magnet disposed in a yoke; a magnetic member; a magnetic assembly disposed in the magnetic circuit and having a plurality of central conductors disposed on the magnetic member so as to mutually intersect; a plurality of matching capacitors connected respectively between a port of each of the central conductors and a ground terminal; a resin case containing the magnetic assembly and the matching capacitors and having an input/output terminal and said ground terminal; and a spacer for stably supporting at least the magnetic assembly and the matching capacitors in the case; wherein the spacer includes a filter inductor and a filter capacitor; the filter inductor is connected between said port of one of the central conductors and an input/output terminal corresponding to the port; the filter capacitor is connected between said input/output terminal and said ground; whereby a low-pass filter is formed by the filter inductor, the filter capacitor, and the matching capacitor.

    • In the disclosed nonreciprocal circuit device, which employs a single-board-type capacitor, the problem of electrode peeling can be avoided. The nonreciprocal circuit device has characteristics such that attenuation is small in the direction of signal transmission and attenuation is large in the reverse direction and has matching capacitors disposed in signal input/output ports. The matching capacitors are formed of single-board-type capacitors including capacitor electrodes formed so as to be opposed each other on both main surfaces of a dielectric substrate with the substrate in between. An outer peripheral edge of a grounding electrode (or another connected electrode), to which a capacitor electrode of the single-board-type capacitor is connected, is positioned inwardly from an outer peripheral edge of the capacitor electrode.
