    • The present invention provides an inkjet recording head and inkjet recording device which can eject a high viscosity ink at ordinary temperature. The inkjet recording head has a nozzle portion ejecting an ink drop; an ink flow path member including the nozzle portion; and a driving section moving the ink flow path member in an ink drop ejecting direction and an opposite direction. The driving section moves the ink flow path member in the ink drop ejecting direction, and applies inertia in the ejecting direction to internal ink by one of suddenly stopping the ink flow path member and moving the ink flow path member in the opposite direction, and makes the ink drop be ejected from the nozzle portion.

    • The present invention provides an ink-jet recording head. The ink-jet recording head includes a nozzle that ejects an ink droplet; an ink flow path member that includes the nozzle; a beam member connected to the ink flow path member or which includes the ink flow path member; a first drive component connected with and set at the beam member and which bends the beam member; and a second drive component that deforms the beam member so as to become convex from concave in the ink droplet discharging direction. The second drive component deforms the beam member so as to become convex from concave in the ink droplet discharging direction and the first drive component bends the beam member. Thereby, the beam member is buckling reverse deformed with the second drive component.

    • A method and an apparatus for forming a hemispherical convex mirror surface on the end of a ferrule or optical fiber connector efficiently and accurately. The apparatus has a grinding wheel having a concave work surface, a tool for correcting the shape of the work surface, a stage for bringing the tool into contact with the wheel, a mechanism for causing the end of the ferrule to contact the work surface, and a mechanism for displacing the axis of the ferrule from the center of the curvature of the arcuate section of the work surface. After the axis of the ferrule has been displaced from the center of the curvature, the ferrule is caused to contact the work surface and roughly ground thereby. Subsequently, after the ferrule axis has been brought into alignment with the center of curvature, the ferrule is sequentially finished from the tip to a preselected point thereof.
