摘要： Methods, devices and systems for acquiring information useful to support a patient in implementing and adhering to a medically prescribed therapy plan are provided. The therapy may incorporate biofeedback methods and/or personalized therapy aspects. A method includes steps of receiving, by a receiving device, biometric information associated with an ingestible event marker; analyzing, by a computing device having a microprocessor configured to perform a biometric information analysis, the biometric information; and determining a therapeutic recommendation at least partly on the basis of the analysis and/or integrating biofeedback techniques into patient therapy or activity. A system includes a biometric information module to receive biometric information associated with an ingestible event marker; an analysis module to analyze the biometric information; and a determination module to optionally determine and communicate a therapeutic recommendation at least partly on the basis of the analysis.

One aspect of the present invention pertains to a method for generating clinical data by processing one or more metrics obtained via an electrical tomography. The method comprises receiving one or more metrics of an electrode stably associated with a tissue site of a subject, where the metrics are based on an induced signal of the electrode generated in response to one or more continuous electrical fields applied to the subject during an electrical tomography process. In addition, the method comprises generating clinical data of the internal organ of the subject based on the metrics.

摘要： Ingestible event marker systems that include an ingestible event marker (i.e., an IEM) and a personal signal receiver are provided. Embodiments of the IEM include an identifier, which may or may not be present in a physiologically acceptable carrier. The identifier is characterized by being activated upon contact with a target internal physiological site of a body, such as digestive tract internal target site. The personal signal receiver is configured to be associated with a physiological location, e.g., inside of or on the body, and to receive a signal the IEM. During use, the IEM broadcasts a signal which is received by the personal signal receiver.

摘要： A method of managing adherence to a regimen in a subscription based computer implemented healthcare information environment. The method includes receiving at a mobile device information from a receiver that a dose was ingested by a living subject. The method provides wirelessly communicating the information over a wireless network to a backend computer processing system and receiving from the computer at the backend processing system a personal information stream characterizing behavior of the living subject based on the received information over a predetermined period. An apparatus includes an adherence package including a foldable sheet, at least one of blister pack coupled to the foldable sheet, at least one ingestible device associated with a dose, and a perforation provided on the foldable sheet to enable removal of the at the least one blister pack from the foldable sheet by tearing along the perforation.

摘要： Electrical tomography drive frequency selection systems and methods are disclosed. One aspect of the present invention pertains to a system for optimally selecting a drive frequency of an electrical tomography which comprises a sensor electrode stably associated with a tissue site within an internal organ of a subject for generating an induced signal based on a noise signal over a range of frequency bands, wherein an electrical field for the electrical tomography is turned off. In addition, the system comprises a noise processing module for isolating the induced signal for each frequency band over the range of frequency bands. Furthermore, the system comprises a frequency select module for selecting a drive frequency of the electrical field for the electrical tomography by comparing the induced signal for each frequency band over the range of frequency bands.
