    • An insert and method of use for conjoining plastic tubular end portion to form a beadless weldment. The insert comprises a first core portion having a longitudinal axis and a first circumferential surface, and a second tubing contact portion having a longitudinal axis, a second inwardly facing surface and a third circumferential surface, with the second and third surface in concentric relation to each other, and the second tubing contact portion operatively connected to the first core portion. The first core portion and the second tubing contact portion are longitudinally movable relative to each other between a first conjoining configuration and a second removal configuration. In the first conjoining configuration, the first circumferential surface of the first core portion is oriented so that it is in supporting contact with the second inwardly facing surface of the second tubing contact portion, and the second tubing contact portion is further oriented so that the third circumferential surface of the second tubing contact portion is in supporting contact with the interior surfaces of the tubular end portions to be conjoined. In the second removal configuration, the first circumferential surface of the first core portion is oriented so that it is not in supporting contact with the second inwardly facing surface of the second tubing contact portion.

    • A system and method for isolating the compressive and tensive forces created in a section of flexible tubing whose length expands and contracts in response to the fluid it conveys, while constraining the expansion of the tubing to a substantially horizontal plane. The tubing section having a pair of ends and a center portion therebetween. The system having a support structure and a pair of clamping members. The support structure having a pair of side constrainment portions for constraining the expansion of the tubing. The clamping members for anchoring the ends of the tubing section within the support structure thereby fixing their positions relative to each other and the support structure. When the tubing expands, the ends remain in their fixed position and the center portion of the tubing is forced to snake between the side constrainment portions.

    • A modular tubing support and constrainment device for supporting and constraining tubing comprising a plurality of modular support trays, a module connector portion and a clamping portion. The modular support trays each incorporate a bottom portion for supporting the tubing and side constrainment portions to significantly constrain the amount of snaking by the tubing. The modular support trays further incorporate a plurality of apertures which are used by the module connector portions to connect and join the modular support trays into a continuous single unit. The apertures are also used by the clamping portion so that the clamping block may be secured to the modular support tray. The clamping block has an arcuate bore therethrough that is sized to fit snugly about and constrain the tubing. The bore may be lined with an elastomeric material to provide extra tube gripping potential.

    • The drum cap venting device generally includes a venting cap assembly. The venting cap assembly can include a venting cap and a venting key. The venting cap generally includes a main body portion, a valve portion and a ring portion. The venting key generally includes a key body portion and a venting tube. The venting key is rotatably engageable with the valve portion of the venting cap such that rotation of the key provides a passageway of continuous fluid communication from the drum, through conduits in the venting cap, and out the venting tube of the venting key. As a result, any release or evacuation of pressurized gasses from the drum is directed away from the user to a safe area or device.

    • The invention disclosed is a three-way weir valve. The valve housing has a common flow duct and two additional flow ducts, all connectable to external flow lines. A weir with two valve seats on opposite sides of the weir separates the common flow duct from the two additional flow ducts. Two coaxial diaphragms are arranged to engage with the weir valve seats. The common flow duct communicates with one flow duct over one of the weir valve seats and communicates with the other flow duct over the other weir valve seat. The two diaphragms are engaged with compressors connected to pistons engaged in pneumatic cylinders. An air line connects the two pneumatic cylinders. One diaphragm and compressor are biased towards engagement with its other weir valve seat resulting in a normally closed position. The other diaphragm is biased away from engagement with its weir valve seat resulting in a normally open position. Actuation of the pneumatic cylinders moves each diaphragm in a direction opposite each respective diaphragm's bias. Where fluid is flowing into the valve by way of the common flow duct and then to one of the flow ducts, actuation of the pneumatic cylinders transfers the fluid flow path from one flow duct to the other flow duct.
