    • The arrangement features a centrifugal impeller that exhibits relatively high operating efficiency and high pressure capability, and can be easily constructed as a single piece. The arrangement is useful where relatively high operating efficiency and low cost construction are required, and it is particularly suited for manufacture by injection molding plastic. The impeller is characterized by: a) a hub that extends to a radius less than that of the impeller inlet, allowing one piece construction by an injection molding tool with no slides or action; b) blades that extend from a radius less than the hub radius at the base of the blades, allowing the base of the blades to connect to the hub; c) an impeller top shroud that has curvature in a plane that contains the impeller axis; and d) a cylindrical area ratio between 1.0 and 2.0. The blower assembly is characterized by a separate base plate positioned in close proximity to the base of the impeller blades. The base plate can be incorporated into a motor flange or a blower or motor housing.

    • A viewing device (10) includes a body enclosing a first reflective surface or mirror (40), second reflective surface or mirror (42) and a mechanism for securing the body to a conventional sighting device or telescope (82) on a firearm. First mirror (40) is adapted to direct an incoming light beam (44) onto second mirror (42) so that an outgoing light beam (70) is angled relative to the incoming light beam (44). In use, viewing device (10) can be releasably attached to rear end (80) of telescope (82) and allows a user (90) to remain partially hidden behind obstacle (92) whilst viewing through sighting device (82) and using the firearm. The angular offset of respective light beams (44, 70) is between 35° and 60°.

    • A securing arrangement for a tool (7) of an agricultural tillage implement of a type having a tapered interconnection between a socket (5) on the tool and an adaptor piece (3) adapted for mounting onto a tine (1) of the tillage implement. The adaptor piece (3) has a recess (9) which can be an aperture or a pair of transverse arcuate slots (31) for receiving a retaining pin(11). The socket (5) on the tool has notches (15) on its opposed sides and a portion (13) on the retaining pin in use engages into at least one of the notches (15) to prevent disengagement of the socket (5) from the adaptor piece (3). The adaptor piece can be integral with the tine.
