    • A fuel cell system including a plurality of single-cell units, each of which include an electrolyte membrane disposed between an anode and a cathode and which generate electric power by a reaction of a fuel gas in the anode and an oxidizer gas in the cathode, and a fuel cell in-which the plurality of single-cell units are stacked. A plurality of voltage measurement devices measure the voltages of the single-cell units, respectively. A control unit determines the humidification state of the fuel cell based on the voltage of a second single-cell unit wherein when the voltage of the second single-cell is equal to or lower than an insufficient-humidification-determining voltage which is higher than the predetermined voltage the control unit determines that humidification of the fuel cell is insufficient, disposed in the vicinity of a first single-cell unit, the first single-cell unit having a voltage that is equal to or lower than a predetermined voltage.

    • The present invention relates to a disc drive apparatus capable of preventing skew or wobble from occurring when a spindle motor is attached to a base.The disc drive apparatus according to the present invention comprises: a turntable 22 which holds an optical disc 2; a spindle motor which rotatively drives the turntable 22; an optical pick-up 20 which writes/reads signals on or from the optical disc 2; guide shafts 42a and 42b which slidably supports the optical pick-up 20 in the radial direction of the optical disc 2, and a base 15 to which a spindle motor 23 and both end portions of each of the guide shafts 42a and 42b, wherein the spindle motor 23 is attached to the base 15 through a spacer member 28 which performs positioning of the turntable 22 in the vertical direction thereof relative to the base 15.

In start-up of the fuel cell system (1), predetermined amounts of fuel and air for generating heat quantity required in the fuel pre-vaporization part (19) are subjected to lean combustion in the subcombustion part (18), the fuel to be combusted in the main combustion part (20) is pre-vaporized in the fuel pre-vaporization part (19) by use of the combustion gas from the subcombustion part (18), and the pre-vaporized fuel obtained by the pre-vaporization and air are subjected to premixed lean combustion in the main combustion part (20).
