摘要： Disclosed is a method for providing contents in a mobile communication system and apparatus thereof. The apparatus comprises a contents provider access unit for responding to an inquiry request related to a service provision using contents providing terminal connected through a communication network and managing a rule related to the contents providing terminal and a connection and an inquiry request of the contents providing terminal; a central management unit for managing a predetermined service, a subscriber affiliated with the service, apparatus information of a subscriber terminal and an operation and an authentication of the service based on a data inputted from a contents providing terminal connected through the contents provider access unit; a transmission unit for receiving terminal information of a subscriber affiliated with the service and transmitting a menu of the service and contents in accordance with an apparatus of many piece of the terminal information of a subscriber affiliated with the service; and an interface unit for performing an interface with an external server interlocked with the service, providing the service and the contents and managing a rule to the external server.

摘要： The present invention discloses a method for displaying a high resolution picture in a mobile communication terminal having a low resolution display means, the mobile communication terminal and a system for converting a picture file format therefor. The method for displaying the high resolution picture in the mobile communication terminal includes the steps of: dividing picture data into a plurality of unit blocks, and converting the picture data into a picture file format including the plurality of unit block picture data and indexes for access to each of the block picture data; extracting minimum unit block picture data composing a partial picture which will be initially outputted to a display unit from the picture file by using the index information of the picture file format, and outputting the initial picture; and extracting the corresponding unit block picture data from the picture file in the movement direction by using the index information of the picture file format in accordance with generation of scroll action during the display of the picture, and outputting the position-moved picture.

摘要： Disclosed are a method of configuring a keypad of a terminal, a terminal configured thereby, a system including such a terminal, and a reconfigurable keypad. A keypad server includes keypad configuration files according to various applications implemented in a terminal, and provides the keypad configuration file to the terminal. The terminal receives the keypad configuration file from the keypad server through a wired or wireless network, and includes a keypad area on which a keypad configuration according to the keypad configuration file is displayed. In this way, various types of keypads can be implemented.
