摘要： A method and system for ultrasonic fluid spectral Doppler imaging are disclosed. The system comprises: a transmission circuit for transmitting an ultrasonic beam to a detection object; a receiving circuit and a beam synthesis module for receiving an echo of the ultrasonic beam and obtaining an ultrasonic echo signal; an image processing module for obtaining an ultrasonic fluid flow state image of a region of interest in the detection object according to the ultrasonic echo signal, identifying a sampling position in the region of interest, respectively obtaining a Doppler spectrogram corresponding to each sampling position according to the ultrasonic echo signal, and generating position displaying marks for characterizing the sampling positions; and a display for displaying the position displaying marks in the ultrasonic fluid flow state image, and displaying the obtained Doppler spectrogram. The system may simultaneously display spectra of multiple locations on a same time axis.

摘要： A method for displaying an ultrasonic elastic measurement, comprising a probe (1), a receiving circuit and a beam-forming unit (4, 5), and an elasticity related result calculation unit (72). The probe (1) generates a shear wave inside a target tissue, and allows the sear wave to pass through regions of interest (702a, 702b, 702C1, 702C2, 702C3, 702C4, 702C5), and sends a tracking pulse to the regions of interest (702a, 702b, 702C1, 702C2, 702C3, 702C4, 702C5) through which the shear wave passes. The receiving circuit and beam-forming unit (4, 5) receive echo information of the tracking pulse. The elasticity related result calculation unit (72) calculates shear wave parameters according to the echo information of the tracking pulse, so as to obtain a corresponding elastic measurement result (C) of the regions of interest (702a, 702b, 702C1, 702C2, 702C3, 702C4, 702C5), obtains a corresponding relationship between the elastic measurement result (VC) and statistical variables and generates graphic marks (715, 716, Sa, Sb, SC1, SC2, SC3, SC4, SC5, SC1′, SC2′, SC3′, SC4′, SC5′, 719a, 719b, 720), wherein attributes of the graphic marks measurement result (C). Further disclosed is a method for displaying an ultrasonic elastic measurement. The method and system can provide elasticity measurement statistical data that are more intuitive and more informative.

摘要： An ultrasound apparatus, ultrasound-based liver examination device and ultrasound imaging method are provided. The ultrasound apparatus may include: an ultrasound probe, a transmission and receiving controller, an ultrasound echo signal processor, a data processor and a display device. The ultrasound echo signal processor may perform different processes on an ultrasound echo signal according to usage of the ultrasound echo signal. A gain compensation for enhancing image quality may be performed on a first ultrasound echo signal to be used for obtaining the ultrasound image, and a gain compensation for preserving original information may be performed on a second ultrasound echo signal to be used for calculating a quantitative parameter of a liver. The data processor may generate the ultrasound image according to the processed first ultrasound echo signal, calculate the quantitative parameter according to the processed second ultrasound echo signal, and output the ultrasound image and the quantitative parameter.

摘要： An ultrasound elasticity measurement device includes an ultrasound probe. The ultrasound probe includes a vibrator and a transducer. The ultrasound elasticity measurement device further includes a vibration controller, a transmission/receiving controller and a data processor. When simultaneously performing the strain detection and the vibration elasticity detection, the vibration controller generates a vibration control sequence and transmits the same to the vibrator. The ultrasound probe vibrates when driven by the vibrator, and transmits ultrasound waves to the biological tissue and receives the ultrasound echoes, so as to obtain the ultrasound echo data for strain detection and the ultrasound echo data for vibration elasticity detection. The data processor calculates the strain elasticity result according to the ultrasound echo data for strain detection calculates the vibration elasticity result according to the ultrasound echo data for vibration elasticity detection, thereby realizing simultaneously to strain elasticity imaging and the vibration elasticity measurement.

摘要： A shear wave elasticity measurement method and a shear wave elasticity imaging system are disclosed. For each pair of corresponding shear waves, an echo signal within a continuous period of time can be obtained only at a third position, so that an elasticity parameter corresponding to the target area can be obtained according to the echo signal within the continuous period of time. Not only the position required for obtaining an echo signal is few, but also the total data volume required for obtaining the echo signal is few. The calculation method is also easy, which significantly reduces the system performance requirement.

The method comprises: transducers transmit ultrasound waves to a region of interest once; the ultrasound waves focus on at least two focal points in an acoustic field; and with shear wave sources corresponding to the at least two focal points that propagates in a direction perpendicular to a transmission direction of the ultrasound waves. A method and apparatus for detecting an ultrasound elasticity of a shear wave discloses, in a same ultrasound transmission, multiple focal points are gathered in an acoustic field by the ultrasound waves, under the joint effect of the multiple focal points, and a shear wave zone propagated in a direction perpendicular to a direction in which the ultrasound waves is transmitted is formed, so as to expand a propagation range of the shear wave in a tissue, so that detecting ultrasound waves can perform elasticity detection on the tissue in a large range.
