    • Several emitter stations (MS1-MS4) are allowed to transmit call set-up packets in random access channels and user information packets in traffic channels to a receiver station (BST) which is provided with an array of N sensors (A.sub.l -A.sub.N) and with a receiver (RM) adapted to simultaneously acquire N-1 packets from the emitting stations and to derive therefrom N-1 distinct array output signals (X.sub.1 -X.sub.N-1). During a random access channel (RACH) channel, the identity of the emitting station (MS) as well as the direction of arrival (.theta.) and the power (.sigma.) of its signal are stored in a parameter data base (PDB) together with its weigh vector (W) calculated (WVG) therewith and a traffic channel (TCH) channel allocated (CHC) thereto. During either a RACH or a TCH channel, the weight vectors of a emitting station are provided by the data base and are applied to multipliers (M.sub.1 -M.sub.N-1) which produce the N-1 array output signals. In case of interference between emitting stations using a same TCH channel, another TCH channel is allocated to one of the interfering stations and the weight vectors are updated. The stations also send tracking packets in the RACH channel to update their parameters and accordingly the weight vectors in the data base. The present radio telecommunication system is particularly suitable, e.g., for the pan-European "Global System for Mobile communications" GSM wherein the emitter stations are mobile stations and for similar systems elsewhere.

    • A method for manufacturing a subgasket for a fuel cell stack having a pair of plates disposed in a stack includes the step of positioning a membrane between the plates. The membrane includes an inboard portion and a tortuous form portion. The inboard portion abuts a proton exchange membrane of the fuel cell, and the tortuous form portion abuts each of the plates. The tortuous form portion defines at least one cavity between one of the plates and the membrane. A viscous sealant is injected into the cavity. The sealant is cured to form a compliant bead seal on the membrane.

    • A system is provided for employing an orchestrator to deploy and implement changes to a system. A change request may be a system build, upgrade, and patches for updating a subset of files within the system. The orchestrator may initially perform a security check and a validation check on a received change request. Upon receiving validation and approval, the change request may be deployed and propagated through a series of deployment scopes. The deployment scopes may become increasingly larger to extensively test the applied change before fully implementing the change on the target system. The orchestrator may submit the applied change to a validation component for getting validation of the change within the deployment scope after each applied change within a deployment scope. After the change request has been deployed through the deployment scopes and validated, the change request may be deployed to the target system and fully implemented.

    • A system and method for processing messages in an enterprise resource planning (ERP) system is provided. A processing service generates a snapshot of a message queue, which contains a plurality of messages to be processed by the ERP system. Each message has an associated conversation, identified by a unique combination of an endpoint, channel, and subconversation identifier. For each conversation, the processing service determines whether messages of the conversation are to be processed in serial or in parallel, based on the subconversation identifier of the conversation. When the messages of the conversation are to be processed in serial, a task is created to process the messages serially. Alternatively, when the messages of the conversation are to be processed in parallel, a task is created for each of the messages. The messages of each task are processed serially by the task, while each task is executed in parallel with other tasks.
