摘要： A method for producing a semiconductor device according to the present invention includes the steps of: disposing a functional element in each cavity of a multi-cavity circuit board, the multi-cavity circuit board having a number of cavities opening upward; overlaying a sealing resin sheet with a predetermined thickness containing, as a sealing resin, one of a thermoplastic resin and a thermosetting resin which is melted by heating and is cured by further heating on the multi-cavity circuit board so as to cover all of the cavities thereof; heating and pressurizing the sealing resin sheet on the multi-cavity circuit board so that the sealing resin sheet is melted to be filled in each of the cavities; and curing the molten resin filled in each of the cavities.

摘要： A charge-coupled solid-state imaging device is arranged in such a manner that the pixel signal generated at each pixel is transferred through a plurality of divided transfer elements generated at each vertical charge transfer path and that the divided transferred pixel signals are synthesized at the horizontal charge transfer path and then outputted as the original pixel signal. The charge transfer capacity is therefore increased even if the width of each vertical charge transfer path is narrowed, thereby preventing blooming and dynamic range reduction. In addition, the narrowing of the width of each vertical charge transfer path allows the aperture to be increased commensurate with the degree of narrowing to thereby improve light receiving sensitivity and result in an advantageous high-resolution imaging device.

摘要： An electronic shutter controlling method is provided for an electronic still video camera having a solid state imaging device, wherein a first field shift pulse is generated for discharging unnecessary charges from the solid state imaging device and for starting signal charge storage in accordance wth a determined exposure time, but is latched at intervals of the horizontal synchronizing signal, and the discharge of the unnecessary charges is started when the first shift pulse is latched. The timing of the start of the signal charge storage is therefore displaced by a half of the horizontal synchronizing signal period in the even field relative to the odd field, thereby making the charge storage time always N times as long as a horizontal synchronizing signal period.

摘要： The present invention is concerned with an electronic still camera for photographing a subject by use of an image sensing device such as a solid state image sensing device and the image signal thereof is recorded into a rotary recording medium such as a magnetic disc. With this electronic still camera, photographing in an electronic view finder ( EVF) mode and a movie still mode in addition to a normal mode can be performed. The EVF mode is the mode for making exposure of the image of the subject to the normally open image sensing means by use of an electronic finder to observe the subject, and subsequently, releasing an exposure device for a period of time required for the exposure to make exposure of the image of the subject to an image sensing device. The movie still mode is the mode for steadily rotating a spindle motor in synchronism with a synchronous signal generator, outputting a video signal to the outside through an interface and recording a still image into the rotary recording medium in response to an exposure command.
