摘要： A polyolefin composition, and pipe systems and sheets made therefrom, the composition comprising (percent by weight), 1) 10-60% of a copolymer of propylene and hexene-1 comprising from 0.2 to 10% of recurring units derived from hexene-1; 2) 10-85% of a propylene polymer selected from propylene homopolymer and a polymer of propylene with 0.1-10% of an α-olefin selected from ethylene, a C4-C10 a-olefin, hexene-1 excluded, and a mixture thereof, the propylene polymer being insoluble in xylene at ambient temperature in an amount over 85% and having a Polydispersity Index ranging from 4.5 to 12; and 3) 5-30% of a copolymer of ethylene with a C3-C10 α-olefin and optionally a diene, having an ethylene content ranging from 15 to 60% and an intrinsic viscosity value of at least 1 dl/g.

The polymer exhibits broad molecular weight distribution, in terms of the ratio of weight average molecular weight to numeric average molecular weight formula (I), ranging from 5 to 11, molecular weight distribution of monomodal type and hexen-1 content in the fraction with an intrinsic viscosity of equal to or higher than 3.3 dl/g lower than the hexen-1 content in the fraction with an intrinsic viscosity of less than 3.3 dl/g. 摘要： A polyolefin composition comprising, in percentage by weight based on the weight sum of the components (a1), (a2) and (b):a1) 16-78% of a propylene homopolymer or copolymer containing at most 15% of ethylene and/or C4-C10 α-olefin(s), having an isotactic index over 80%; anda2) 6-44% of a copolymer of ethylene with one or more C4-C10 α-olefin(s) containing from 10 to 40%, preferably from 15 to 35%, of said C4-C10 α-olefin(s);b) 3-70% of a butene-1 (co)polymer having:a content of butene-1 derived units of 80% wt or more,flexural modulus (MEF) of 60 MPa or less. The polyolefin composition exhibits good impact resistance, excellent whitening resistance and relatively low stiffness combined with good optical properties suitable for injection and blow molding, thermoforming and film application.

摘要： A single- or multilayer threaded pipe, wherein at least one layer is produced from a polyolefin composition comprising (percentages express on the basis of the sum of components (A) and (B)): (A) 65-90 wt % of a heterophasic polypropylene composition comprising (percentages expressed on the basis of the polypropylene composition): (1) 65-95 wt % of a propylene polymer selected from propylene homopolymer and co- and terpolymers of propylene with a comonomer selected from ethylene, a C4-C10 alpha-olefin and a mixture thereof, said polymer containing 0.1-10 wt % of comonomer units, being insoluble in xylene at 25° C. in an amount over 85 wt %, having a polydispersity index ranging from 4 to 13 and an intrinsic viscosity ([η]1) value of over 2.2 dl/g; and (2) 5-35 wt % of an olefin polymer of ethylene with propylene or a C4-C10 alpha-olefin having an ethylene content ranging from 15 to 85 wt % and an intrinsic viscosity of the fraction soluble in xylene ([η]2) of at least 1.4 dl/g; wherein the ratio of the intrinsic viscosity value of propylene polymer (1) to that of olefin polymer (2) ([η]/[η]2) ranges from 0.45 to 1.6; and (B) 10-35 wt % of a at least one filler selected among calcium carbonate, talc, wollastonite or mixtures thereof.

The [η]1/[η]2 ratio ranging from 0.45 to 1.6. The articles typically have modulus of elasticity in tension higher than 2000 MPa. The invention also relates to the said heterophasic polyolefin composition and an extrusion process for producing the said articles.
