摘要： The present invention provides a crustacean trap having a top cover and a plurality of substantially planar side panels extending downward from the cover. The top cover and the side panels define an interior space therebetween. At least one side panel may include an aperture adapted to receive a degradable element such that the degradable element substantially obstructs the aperture. The crustacean trap may also include at least one side panel having a one-way pivotable gate opening away from the interior space, with the gate having one or more protrusions spaced apart by a predetermined width.
