    • A primer-fired ammunition cartridge for an electrical discharge weapon having a housing with an exterior surface and two wire-tethered darts positioned within dart chambers in the housing and two electrical contacts positioned on opposite surfaces of the housing for lengthening an electrical arc path across the exterior surface of the housing. The housing can include a flange portion for engaging a chamber in an electrical discharge weapon wherein the flange portion includes an aperture thereby allowing the flange portion to bow and absorb resultant forces between the ammunition cartridge and the chamber of the electrical discharge weapon during firing of the cartridge.

    • A housing can be mounted to a pistol or other weapon and conveniently fired therefrom and can be used as a discrete weapon itself. A cap has a central aperture which secures the nozzle and/or valve stem of a canister of chemical irritant from movement and is secured to the proximal end of a hollow tube. A feature of the new invention is a slot access running along the length of the tube for some distance from its distal end. The tube may be either open or closed at its distal end. Toward the distal end of the tube, an interior ridge or stop cooperates with the cap aperture to secure the canister of irritant. When a canister is installed in the housing, the operator can release an irritant spray axially from the canister by pressing a digit against the side of the canister's storage cylinder and, thereby, displace its longitudinal axis along an arc. The housing need have no other mechanisms, except the housing and canister. This method also allows for convenient triggering of a spray from a canister within the housing when the housing is secured under or adjacent to the barrel of a handgun. In some embodiments an actuator compresses against a spring-loaded pusher to contact the side of the storage cylinder and move the longitudinal axis of the storage cylinder to release a spray.

    • There is provided a golf putting training apparatus that is portable and operable with standard USGA golf equipment. The apparatus include parallel channels each emanating from a respective dimple. The channels are separated by a distance such that a golf ball placed on each dimple can be simultaneously using a standard putter, but also so that the golf balls do not contact each other. A chamfered portion allows the golf balls to roll continously off of the apparatus and onto an undersurface. By measuring the distance that each golf ball travels, a golfer gauges the accuracy of his swing. An obverse surface of the apparatus contains indicia that assists a golfer in aligning his positioning and stroke.

    • A sealed multi-chambered bag, that is a flexible container, is made of dielectric material and contains two electrode plates (preferably screen plates) that are separated by an internal wall of the bag. Materials to be sterilized are placed between one or the other or both of the electrode plates and the interior wall. The interior wall allows the plates to be contained within the bag without the risk of damaging high voltage discharges occurring between plates optimal ozone production occurs in the bag immediately adjacent to where the materials to be sterilized are located. The bag is placed within a chamber containing an aperture which is connected to the intake of a pump. A conductor connects each electrode plate to an opposed terminal of a high tension transformer. Both the pump and the transformer are connected to timing circuitry, which turns on the pump and the transformer and, then periodically turns the pump off and on to deflate and re-inflate the chambered bag and circulates the ozone produced therein to all virulence on the materials being sterilized. The gas within the bag alternatively expands and compresses before the transformer is turned off. The timer circuit allows the pump to continue to cycle on and off thereafter (preferably at an increased cycling rate) until the ozone off gas remaining in the bag is destroyed by molecular collision, surface reactions or otherwise.

    • A cartridge for propelling a pair of wire-tethered contact darts for disabling a remote target with an electrical discharge. The cartridge comprises two bores each having one wire-tethered dart in front of an electrically activated pyrotechnic. A cartridge contains two separated straight bores, which each launch a single dart assemblage with a single primer of standard manufacture. A single 200 large rifle primer can launch a single dart assemblage reasonably accurately to 30 feet from the cartridge. Each assemblage is deflected to a predicted angle of flight when it collides with a center hinged cover as it exits the cartridge. This arrangement allows for longer flight distances and tighter, but still effective, dart spreads throughout the travel.
