    • A cooking device comprises a cooking device body comprising a heating chamber for heating an object; a fan, comprising a bladed wheel and a casing having the bladed wheel in rotatable manner, to discharge air in the heating chamber; and an exhaust duct comprising an exhaust guide plane to guide the air blown out by the fan to the outside of the cooking device body. The casing comprises an arc-shaped guide plane to guide an air flow generated by a rotation of the bladed wheel in a rotation direction of the bladed wheel, and an outlet port opened from a part of the arc-shaped guide plane to one side in a tangent direction of the arc-shaped guide plane. The rotation direction of the bladed wheel is a direction opposite to the opening direction of the outlet port, and turbulence is generated in the exhaust duct.

    • The invention provides a drawer type built-in cooking device, wherein an air outlet portion 10 for discharging the inside air containing heat and vapor generated during cooking of an object to be cooked has an air outlet duct 11 communicated from an air outlet port area 3b formed on a side wall of the heating chamber 3 to a lower side portion of a front wall 1a of the cooking device body 1. The outlet air flow flowing through the air outlet duct 11 is sent downward from an air outlet opening 13 formed to a lower side portion of the front wall 1a of the cooking device body 1 and discharged to the exterior of the device. The present invention enables to eliminate the prior art air inlet and outlet duct structure disposed below the heating chamber 3, and therefore, the height of the heating chamber can be increased correspondingly. Further, the air outlet opening 13 is hidden from the exterior without having to attach a louver since the opening is covered by a door 2a when the door is closed, so that the exterior design thereof is improved.

    • A water level sensor (91) is provided in an auxiliary tank (39) whose bottom portion communicates to a bottom portion of a pot (41) for generating steam and which is opened to the atmosphere. When water in the pot (41) keeps boiling and the stop time of a pump (35) reaches a predetermined time (e.g., 60 sec.), the pump (35) is driven for a predetermined time (e.g., 6 sec.) to supply water to the pot (41). This temporarily suppresses the boiling of water in the pot (41), lowering a steam pressure in a space formed by an external circulation passage (60), a heating chamber, and the pot (41). The water level in the auxiliary tank (39) then returns to a normal one, making it possible to correctly detect the water level in the pot (41).
