摘要： A vacuum insulation panel and to a method for manufacturing same. The method comprises: (a) a step of laminating a plurality of glass fiber boards to form a core, wherein the glass fiber boards are produced by a papermaking method using glass fiber dispersed in an inorganic binder; (b) a step of forming an outer cover having a structure in which a surface protection layer, a metal barrier layer, and an adhesive layer are laminated; (c) a step of producing a getter by packing quicklime (CaO) powder in a pouch; (d) a step of attaching the getter onto the core, or inserting the getter into the surface of the core; and (e) a step of forming the outer cover into a bag body, inserting the core from step (d) into the bag body, and sealing the bag body, thereby improving long-term durability of the vacuum insulation panel.

摘要： The present invention relates to a groove-type vacuum insulation material and a method of manufacturing the same. The groove-type vacuum insulation material includes core materials each having a block shape, at least one lateral wall of which has an inclined surface; a groove-type insulation board, in which the core materials are arranged on a plane of the board to be separated from each other, with the inclined surfaces thereof facing each other; an outer skin material formed in a film pouch shape and surrounding the entirety of upper and lower sides of the groove-type insulation board, the outer skin material being brought into close contact with the groove-type insulation board by vacuum-sealing, and exhibiting bending characteristics in a space between the core materials. The present invention also relates to a method of manufacturing the same.

摘要： The present invention relates to a reflection plate for a backlight unit in a liquid crystal display device, and more particularly, to a reflection plate for a backlight unit in a liquid crystal display device, which is made of a thermoplastic thermal conductive resin composition having a thermal conductivity of at least 0.35 W/mK, thereby effectively solving the thermal problem of the backlight unit, and having excellent properties such as shock resistance, heat resistance, mechanical strength, and the like, as well as having excellent reflectivity, thereby improving the durability of the liquid crystal display device. Furthermore, the present invention relates to a backlight unit of a liquid crystal display device, comprising a reflection plate positioned at a lower portion of a lamp of the backlight unit for reflecting the light coming out of the lamp, a supporting rod for the lamp, and a lower plate functioning as a heat sink, wherein the reflection plate and the lower plate are made of the same material, thereby effectively solving the thermal problem of the backlight unit, and simplifying the manufacturing process.

An ejector in the ice tray of the icemaker and a dropper device having an inclined upper surface at a side of the open top of the ice tray are provided for dropping the ice discharged upwardly by the ejector. The dropper has no gap or slot through which the ejector passes to prevent water overflow through the dropper. An overflow prevention device is provided at another side of the open top of the ice tray for preventing water filled in the ice tray from overflowing.

摘要： An ice-full state sensing device for an ice making apparatus is provided. A panel disposed at a side of an ice maker to support components. An ejection unit includes an ejector supported by the panel to eject ice made by the ice maker. A driving unit rotates the ejection unit clockwise or counterclockwise within a predetermined angle range. A link unit operates in relation to the ejection unit. An ice-full state sensing lever is connected to an end portion of the link unit to sense an ice-full state of an ice bank during a vertical movement thereof by the link unit. Accordingly, the device can perform an ice-full state sensing operation in a narrow space, and the apparatus can be installed in a narrow space.

A tunable wavelength optical filter which comprises a lower mirror in which silicon films and oxide films are sequentially laminated in a multi-layer and the silicon film is laminated on the highest portion; an upper mirror in which silicon films and oxide films are sequentially laminated in a multi-layer and the silicon film is laminated on the highest portion and which is spaced away from the lower mirror by a predetermined distance; a connecting means for connecting and supporting the lower mirror and the upper mirror to a semiconductor substrate; and electrode pads for controlling the gap between the lower mirror and the upper mirror by an electrostatic force and the method of manufacturing the same are provided. Thereby, by finely driving the upper and lower mirrors composed of a multi-layer structure of the silicon film and the oxide film by the electrostatic force, the wavelength of the transmitted light with respect to the incident light can be selectively sent.
