Performing a handover includes communicating with a serving base station through a first communication link and receiving from the serving base station, handover information associated with at least one candidate target base station. The method also includes transmitting handover indicator to the serving base station indicating a handover operation to a selected target base station and performing a ranging procedure with the selected target base station to establish a second communication link with the selected target base station while maintaining the first communication link with the serving base station. The method also includes being released from the serving base station in response to a handover complete status message from the selected target base station to the serving base station, or resuming normal communication with the serving base station if the handover fails with the selected target base station.

摘要： An LCD device and a method for manufacturing the same is disclosed in which the manufacturing process is simplified by etching an overcoat layer and a lower insulating layer at the same time. Disclosed is a method for manufacturing the LCD device that includes forming a thin film transistor (TFT) on an active region of a substrate, forming a gate pad region and data pad region, and forming a passivation layer on the entire surface of the substrate. The manufacturing method further includes forming an overcoat layer and selectively etching the overcoat layer. Contact holes for the pixel electrode, the gate pad, and the data pad are formed by selectively etching the overcoat layer, the passivation layer, and the gate insulating layer though one process.

More specifically, the method includes the MS which receives status information of a first channel descriptor and transmission frame information which includes when the first channel descriptor is to be transmitted. Furthermore, the MS compares status information of the first channel descriptor with status information of a second channel descriptor. Here, the second channel descriptor is stored in the MS. 摘要： A thin film transistor array substrate and a fabricating method thereof are disclosed. The thin film transistor array substrate protects a thin film transistor without a protective film and accordingly reduces the manufacturing cost. In the thin film transistor array substrate, a gate electrode is connected to a gate line. A source electrode is connected to a data line crossing the gate line to define a pixel area.
