摘要： The invention provides a polyvinylidene fluoride resin (PVDF) film in which a crystal structure determined from an absorbance by an infrared absorption spectrum is such that a proportion of a β-type crystal is 10% or more based on the sum total of an α-type crystal and the β-type crystal, further preferably a film whose tensile modulus in TD at 120° C. is 90 MPa or less, or a film in which a ratio of its tensile modulus in TD at a temperature of 100° C. to its tensile modulus in TD at a temperature of 23° C. is 4% or less, in particular an extruded film, a backsheet for solar cell module, which comprises the film, and a production process of the film, which comprises quenching a PVDF sheet-shaped material melt-extruded at 5 to 70° C. and preferably then subjecting the quenched material to a heat treatment.

摘要： A technique is provided for achieving reduction in size of an electronic device with a power amplifier circuit, while enhancing the performance of the electronic device. An RF power module for a mobile communication device includes first and second semiconductor chips, a passive component, and first and second integrated passive components, which are mounted over a wiring board. In the first semiconductor chip, MISFET elements constituting power amplifier circuits for the GSM 900 and for the DCS 1800 are formed, and a control circuit is also formed. In the first integrated passive component, a low pass filter circuit for the GSM 900 is formed, and in the second integrated passive component, a low pass filter circuit for the DCS 1800 is formed. In the second semiconductor chip, antenna switch circuits for the GSM 900 and DCS 1800 are formed. Over the upper surface of the wiring board, the second semiconductor chip is disposed next to the first semiconductor chip between the integrated passive components.

摘要： A vibration reducing device that reduces the vibration of a control object includes a digital controller. A vibration state detection device detects the vibration of the control object and generates an analog signal of the vibration of the control object. An input-side bandpass filter has a passband that is narrower than a frequency range from a Nyquist frequency to a sampling frequency of the digital controller, and that contains no frequencies that are an integer multiple of the Nyquist frequency of the digital controller. The input-side bandpass filter allows a part of the analog signal that falls within the passband from the analog signal generated by the vibration state detection device to pass. An A/D conversion device converts the analog signal that has passed through the input-side bandpass filter into a digital signal. A D/A conversion device converts a digital feedback control signal, determined by the digital controller on the basis of the digital signal converted by the A/D conversion device, into an analog feedback control signal. An actuator applies vibration to the control object on the basis of the analog feedback control signal converted by the D/A conversion device.

摘要： An artificial marble sheet is formed of a pair of carrier films, an SMC layer and a resin concrete layer which has plasticity but does not contain glass fibers laminated between the carrier films. A method of manufacturing the artificial marble sheet as defined above which includes forming a resin concrete layer which has plasticity but does not contain glass fiber on a first carrier film, forming an SMC layer on a second carrier film and bringing the resin concrete layer and the SMC layer into an intimate contact to each other. Carrier films are removed from the artificial marble sheet and press molding is applied under heating such that the resin concrete layer is located on the side of the surface of the product.
