摘要： Multi-bit programming apparatuses and methods are provided. A multi-bit programming apparatus includes a page buffer configured to store first data of the page programming operation, an input control unit configured to determine whether to invert the first data based on a number of bits having a first value and a number of bits having a second value. The input control unit is further configured to invert the first data to generate second data if the number of bits having a first value is greater than the number of bits having a second value and store the second data in the page buffer. The multi-bit programming apparatus further includes a page programming unit configured to program the second data stored in the page buffer in at least one multi-bit cell.

摘要： A data transmission method for a high-speed packet access system includes: sending, by a user equipment, packet data containing scheduling information having size information of a packet buffer through an uplink channel to a base station, and sending quality indicator information and acknowledgement information through another uplink channel to the base station; determining, by the base station, the value of a turbo mode flag by comparing amounts of data stored in the packet buffer of the user equipment and a packet buffer of the base station respectively with preset thresholds; and deactivating, by the user equipment when the turbo mode flag of an order message contained in received control data, packet data reception and control data transmission, and redirecting transmit power of a specified transmitter to a packet data transmitter to increase transmit power of the packet data transmitter for faster packet data upload.

摘要： A sealant hardening apparatus of an LCD panel and a sealant hardening method is disclosed, being suitable for decreasing a tact time, and for being easily applied to LCD panels of the different models, by irradiating UV rays in a scanning method, or by directly irradiating UV rays to a sealant pattern without using a mask, which includes a stage on which substrates bonded by a sealant are loaded, for being moved in an in-line method; a mask provided above the bonded substrates, having an open part corresponding to a sealant portion to transmit the light, and a closed part corresponding to the remaining portions to prevent the light; at least two align cameras for aligning the mask and the bonded substrates; a lamp for irradiating UV rays of high energy; a plurality of optical fibers for transmitting UV rays of the lamp; and a UV irradiation part for irradiating the UV rays from the optical fibers to the bonded substrates through the mask by arranging and supporting the optical fibers at one line.

The multilayer ceramic chip capacitor comprises alternately staked, dielectric ceramic layers and internal electrode layers wherein dielectric ceramic layers comprise per 100 mol of BaTiO3, BaTiO3; MgCO3: 0.2 to 3.0 mol; at least one selected from Y2O3, Ho2O3, Dy2O3 and Yb2O3: 0.05 to 1.5 mol; Cr2O3: 0.1 to 1.5 mol; BaxCa(1−x)SiO3 (provided that 0≦x≦1): 0.2 to 3.0 mol; and Mn2V2O7: 0.01 to 1.5 mol. The multilayer ceramic chip capacitor of the present invention has a high dielectric constant, satisfies X5R characteristics can be sintered at a low temperature of 1,200 to 1,250° C.
