    • The present invention relates to a radar measuring device capable of being used for a motor vehicle in particular, and to a method for operating a radar measuring device. To occupy a narrow bandwidth, a radar measuring device includes a high-frequency oscillator (14) for producing a carrier frequency signal (w24), transmission means (11, 16, 18) for producing and emitting a radar pulse signal, whereby the transmission means include a first pulse-shaping device (11) for producing a first pulse signal (w1) and a transmission antenna (18) for emitting a first radar pulse signal (R1) composed of the first pulse signal (w1) and the carrier frequency signal (w24), reception means (19, 21) for receiving a radar signal (R2), and processing means (12, 21, 22, 23, 25, 26, 29, 30) for processing the received radar signal (R2), whereby the processing means include a second pulse-shaping device (25) for producing a second pulse signal (w2), whereby the transmission means include a single-sideband mixing device (16) for mixing the first pulse signal (w1) and the carrier frequency signal (T), and the radar pulse signal (R1) emitted from the single-sideband mixing device (16) is essentially located in a sideband of the carrier frequency signal (T).

    • An integrated circuit for measuring the distance and/or velocity of objects, having: a high-frequency signal generating device for generating a first HF signal having a predefined frequency and a predefined modulation curve from at least one LF signal; a diplex/mixing device, which is coupled to the high-frequency signal generating device for determining a frequency offset between the first HF signal and a reflected second HF signal; a transceiver device, which is coupled to the diplex/mixing device, for sending the first HF signal and simultaneously receiving the reflected second HF signal, which is a function of a predefined modulation curve of the first HF signal and a distance to a reflecting object; and an adapter device, which is coupled between the diplex/mixing device and the transceiver device, for adapting the impedance of the transceiver device as a function of the frequency of the first HF signal.

    • A circuit assemblage for functional checking of a power transistor includes a power transistor having an insulated gate, a first power electrode configured as a drain or as a collector, and a second power electrode configured as a source or an emitter, the first and second power electrode being connected to a power circuit having a DC voltage source and an electrical DC load. The circuit assemblage further includes a control application device having a signal output that is connected to the gate; a capacitance measuring device for measuring the gate terminal capacitance between the gate terminal contact and the second power electrode terminal contact; and an evaluation device for comparing the gate terminal capacitance with the gate capacitance, and outputting a fault signal as a function of the comparison.
