摘要： There is provided a PLL frequency synthesizer including a phase comparing unit, a current pulse signal generating unit, an converting unit which converts the current pulse signal from the current pulse signal generating unit into a voltage signal, an outputting unit which outputs a signal of an oscillation frequency matching the voltage signal from the converting unit, a divider which divides an output from the outputting unit by a division ratio matching a division ratio control signal to output as the division signal, a division ratio control signal generating unit which generates the division ratio control signal based on division ratio data for fractional-N, and the phase error compensation signal generating unit which generates at least two items of phase error compensation data from the division ratio data, and generates the phase error compensation signal utilizing the at least two generated items of phase error compensation data at different timings.
