摘要： A combination low ground pressure, low turning resistance, and self-cleaning shoe for an articulated endless track used on track-type vehicles is disclosed. The shoe is formed as a rigid body having a sloping forward planar surface and a sloping rearward surface which each run the length of the shoe and which substantially converge toward each other. Projecting from between the forward and rearward surfaces is a third surface, or traction lug. High-floatation planar bearing surfaces are located on each end of the body and each have a portion adjacent to, and of the same width as the traction lug but increase in width with increasing distance from the lug.

摘要： An illumination device for an exterior rearview mirror of a vehicle comprises a bulb holder which comprises a pair of stamped terminals and a housing which is preferably injection molded about the stamped terminals. One end of the stamped terminals provides for connection to a light bulb or other illumination source, while the other end of the stamped terminals provides for electrical connection to a vehicle or mirror wiring harness. Preferably, the body of the bulb holder is molded from a soft plastic material to facilitate easy insertion and removal of the bulb holder in the mirror assembly, and to further ease connection of the vehicle wiring harness to the wiring terminals. The soft plastic molding further provides a water-tight seal between the body and the stamped terminals and between the body and the illumination device of the rearview mirror assembly.

摘要： A noise attenuating assembly for reducing noise levels caused by an endless track assembly during operation of an off-highway implement such as a crawler tractor. The noise attenuating assembly comprises an annular elastomeric ring affixed about an idler wheel on the track assembly. The elastomeric ring is positioned such that pin and bushing assemblies of the track assembly directly and resiliently engage with the periphery of the ring thereby reducing noise as the track assembly rotates about the wheel. A ring retaining assembly which circumferentially extends in recessed relation about the outer periphery of the ring facilitates assemblage of the ring to the idler wheel.
