摘要： Provided is an excellent residual gas analyzer, which can perform measurement by being suitably arranged even in small areas, such as those in semiconductor equipments, and can perform measurement to display of measurement results without an external personal computer. The analyzer is provided with a sensor unit (1) having a sensor section (11) for detecting a residual gas; an operating section for receiving operation for controlling the sensor section (11); a residual gas analysis processing section for processing analysis of the residual gas based on the output from the sensor section (11); and an analysis processing result screen display section for displaying on a screen the analysis processing results obtained from the residual gas analysis processing section. The analyzer is also provided with a device main body (2) which can be in a mounted status (P1) wherein the sensor unit (1) is mounted or in a removed status (P2) wherein the sensor unit is removed.

摘要： As gas-liquid centrifugal separator includes a housing having a gas separating chamber that communicates with a source of a gas sample. A rotating plate can be positioned within the gas separating chamber for the centrifugal separation of liquids and/or solid particulates from the sample gas. The gas separating chamber is maintained at a pressure differential below that of the source of the gas sample. The discharge passageway communicates with the separating chamber to remove the separated liquid and solid particulates. A pressure regulator assembly is connected to the discharge passageway and a source of a pressurized gas in order to be responsive to variations in the pressure status of the discharge passageway and thereby vary the flow of the secondary pressurized gas to render the pressure level in the discharge passage constant to enable a constant effluence of the separated liquid and solid particulates.

摘要： An improved gas liquid separator assembly is provided having a housing block with an interior gas liquid separating chamber. A sample gas introducing conduit and a sample gas discharging conduit can extend from the exterior of the housing block to one upper surface of the separating chamber. An opening can extend through the lower end of the housing block from the other side of the separating chamber to the exterior of the housing block. This opening is of a configuration complementary to a detachable mounted motor block for supporting a centrifugal separator. The centrifugal separator can be easily detached for maintenance of the gas liquid separating chamber.

摘要： A new and effective combination is disclosed wherein both a calculator and an electronically tuning radio receiver are governed by common control circuitry and a microprocessor implements the major portion of the calculator and also implements or governs the electronically tuning radio receiver and a digital timekeeper. For example, it is possible for the operator to listen to a radio program of a desired frequency and continue operating the calculator whenever he likes, while the calculator is in use. If the radio receiver is provided with a time switch function, then it is possible to obtain on-time information and immediately execute calculations on the one-time information obtained, thus enhanceing maneuverability.
