    • The present invention discloses a method for reporting a measurement report of a measurement event, including: determining that a measurement event is generated in a user equipment UE in an activated state of discontinuous reception DRX mode; judging whether a first time to trigger corresponding to the measurement event is valid when it is determined that there is a measurement event generated; using, when it is judged that the first time to trigger is valid, the first time to trigger to time the measurement event; using, when it is judged that the first time to trigger is invalid, a second time to trigger to time the measurement event, such that the UE is in next one or next several activated states of DRX mode after the generation of the measurement event. The present invention can improve a success rate of mobility handover between cells or wireless link quality.

    • The application provides a handover processing method and a base station. The method includes: receiving a handover request message sent by a source base station or a core network node; sending a first message, according to the handover request message, to a second target base station to notify the second target base station that a handover of part or all of a service of a user equipment to the second target base station is to be performed; and sending a handover request acknowledge message to the source base station or the core network node to notify the source base station or the core network node to hand over the user equipment to at least one target cell of the first target base station and/or at least one target cell of the second target base station. The present application realizes a multi-cell handover.

    • The present disclosure discloses a method, a device and a system for uplink resource allocation, relating to a wireless communication field and used for further reducing interference of service transmission between cell uplinks. The method for uplink resource allocation includes: a first base station determines uplink almost blank subframe (UL ABS) subframe(s) unused currently of a user equipment (UE) served by the first base station; and the first base station sends information of the determined UL ABS subframe(s) unused currently of the UE served by the first base station to a second base station, so that the second base station acquires available UL ABS subframe(s) and takes the available UL ABS subframe(s) as uplink subframe resource(s) of the second base station. The present disclosure is applied to a resource allocation scenario.

    • The present invention relates to an interference control method and device. The interference control method includes: performing neighboring cell measurement, and selecting at least one neighboring cell whose signal transmission strength is larger than signal transmission strength of a serving cell from measured neighboring cells as an interfering cell; parsing a physical broadcast channel PBCH of the interfering cell to obtain the number of antenna ports of the interfering cell; obtaining a cell reference signaling CRS location of the interfering cell according to a physical cell identifier PCI and the number of antenna ports of the interfering cell; and performing interference control according to information of the CRS location.
