摘要： Disclosed are an Fe-based alloy powder adapted for sintering, an Fe-based sintered alloy, and a process for producing the Fe-based sintered alloy. The Fe-based alloy powder or the matrix of the Fe-based sintered alloy consists, percent by weight, essentially of 2.0 to 15% Co, 2.0 to 10% Mo, and the balance of Fe and inevitable impurities. The Fe-based alloy powder exhibits superb compressibility and corrosion resistance, and accordingly the Fe-based sintered alloy made therefrom exhibits excellent wear resistance, corrosion resistance and oxidation resistance. The Fe-based sintered alloy is further improved in the excellent properties by dispersing novel Ni-based alloy hard particles in the matrix.

摘要： The present invention is an apparatus for filling a multi-powder including a powder box (10) including a plurality of powder chambers storing a plurality of powders whose constituent compositions differ in a divided manner, and a gas feed pipe (14) disposed on the bottom side of the powder chamber and having an introducing hole for introducing a gas, wherein it can fill a plurality of the powders into a cavity (24) at once through the bottom openings of the powder box by introducing a gas through the introducing hole to substantially equalize the respective flow resistances of a plurality of the powders. Thus, it is possible to fill the powders whose constituent compositions differ at once without disposing them in a mixed manner.

摘要： To provide an iron-based sintered alloy excellent in shape accuracy and wear resistance, and reduced hostility to mating materials, and having sufficient hardness after tempering, as well as a manufacturing method thereof. Iron-based alloy powder of a composition comprising Cr: from 1 to 3.5 mass %, Mo: from 0.2 to 0.9 mass %, V: from 0.1 to 0.5 mass % and the balance of Fe and impurities, and carbon powder are mixed at a ratio of the carbon powder based on the entire portion within a range from 0.8 to 1.1 mass %, the mixture is compacted, the compacted body is sintered and quenching is applied to the sintered body heated again after once lowering temperature of the sintered body. This can provide an iron-based sintered alloy where fine M7C3 carbides are dispersed in martensitic texture.
