摘要： The sealing apparatus comprises (a) a heat seal jaw, (b) a heat seal bar having two heaters arranged in parallel, being provided in a front edge of said heat seal jaw and having a working surface, (c) a counter jaw disposed oppositely to the heat seal jaw, (d) a counter rail provided to said counter jaw and having the working surface, (e) a drive means for advancing/retracting the heat seal jaw and counter jaw relatively, (f) a heating means for actuating the heaters while clamping a packaging material by the working surface of the heat seal bar and the working of the counter rail and, (g) a cutter section comprising of a cutter disposed at the position between the two heaters and a resilient counter cutter, and is characterized in that the counter cutter is held by a holding section provided on the working surface of the heat seal bar or the counter rail and projecting from the holding working surface.The seal apparatus can improve hygiene and the flap formation of the packaging container.

摘要： An object of the present invention is to provide a filling apparatus capable of reliably correcting the position of an overlap portion. The filling apparatus includes a forming ring including a plurality of forming rollers and disposed at a predetermined position along the traveling direction of a packaging material (11) in order to deform the packaging material (11) from a web-like shape to a tubular shape, and a longitudinal sealing device (41) for longitudinally sealing opposite side edges of the tubular packaging material (11). One of the forming rollers includes a flange (71 or 84) which is moved axially by means of a moving mechanism section (72). In this case, even when, within the forming ring, a side edge portion of the packaging material (11) of a certain size impinges on the flange (71 or 84), the flange (71 or 84) is caused to move accordingly to thereby avoid interfering with correction on the position of the overlap portion (LP). Therefore, the position of the overlap portion (LP) can be reliably corrected.

摘要： A sealing apparatus is provided with a sealing block and inductors embedded in the sealing block. Each of the inductors is partially exposed above the surface of the sealing block and is provided with a first pressing portion for pressing the packaging material. The sealing apparatus also includes counter elements, each of which is disposed in opposing relation to the inductors so that packaging material can be squeezed between the counter elements and the inductors. In addition, a voltage applying device is provided for inductors and the counter elements are provided with a second pressing portion at a position corresponding to the portion of the packaging material that is nearer to a liquid food than to the sealing zone.

摘要： A progressive gaming system pays out a progressively increasing bonus to a player who wins a game with a predetermined winning combination. The progressive gaming system includes a plurality of gaming controllers which detect when a player gets one of a plurality of predetermined winning combinations and pays out a predetermined number of coins or tokens according to the winning combination. Each of the gaming controllers counts coins or tokens bet by the player before the game is started and outputs an indication signal of the amount of the bet coins or tokens. The progressive gaming system further includes an master controller operatively connected to the plurality of gaming controllers, which adds a predetermined percentage of the bet coins or tokens reported by each of the gaming controllers to a bonus value, performs a lottery when the player gets a predetermined winning combination, and controls each of the gaming controllers to pay out coins or tokens corresponding to a predetermined reward for the predetermined winning combination and saved bonus value.

摘要： A packing and filling machine produces a container by forming web-shaped packing material into a tube, filling the tube with liquid food up to a liquid level, and laterally sealing the tube with a seal jaw and a counter jaw under the liquid level. The machine includes a diagnostic device having a pressure flange above the position of the lateral sealing under the liquid level and including sterilized gas to detect a vibration propagated when the packing material is clamped by the seal jaw and counter jaw and to diagnose the residual quantity of sterilized gas from the vibration thus detected. The packing and filling machine operating at high speed does not damage the external surface or the longitudinal sealing portion of a packing container, and even the forming/lateral sealing pressing from the opposite sides at high speed does not have a tendency to vary or oscillate the liquid level.
