摘要： An oil separator for a compressor according to the present invention is an oil separator (33) for separating oil flowing into a high-pressure chamber (21a) from a low-pressure chamber (21b) with a compression medium in a compressor from the compression medium, and comprises a demister (33a) which is in the form of a net formed by braiding metal thin wires and has surfaces subjected to sandblasting. 摘要： A vertical stepper transfers a circuit pattern formed on a mask onto a wafer using synchrotron radiation instead of a light source. The vertical stepper includes a wafer stage for having the wafer mounted thereon in the vertical direction and a mask stage for having the mask mounted thereon in the vertical direction. The wafer stage includes a coarse X-Y stage, a transfer member, and a wafer mounting member. The wafer mounting member is provided with a fine X-Y stage. The wafer mounting member is moved in the horizontal direction between a first position mounted on the coarse X-Y stage and a second position mounted on the mask stage by the transfer member. When exposed to the synchrotron radiation, the wafer mounting member is integrated with the mask stage. After the wafer and the mask are strictly correctly positioned by the fine X-Y stage, the wafer mounting member, integrated with the mask stage, is stepped and repeat exposed by scanning in the vertical direction.

The control section computes a target position of the three-dimensional mirror and the target temperature of the VIPA plate, which correspond to an arbitrary wavelength and a chromatic dispersion value, based on data relating to positions of the three-dimensional mirror corresponding to a plurality of chromatic dispersion values of a specific wavelength and a chromatic dispersion slope value, and data relating to the temperatures of the VIPA plate corresponding to a plurality of dispersion values for respective wavelengths on a predetermined wavelength grid and a wavelength temperature coefficient, which are stored in a storage circuit, to optimize the computed target position and the computed target temperature. As a result, it becomes possible to generate the chromatic dispersion with high accuracy at an arbitrary wavelength.
