摘要： A substituted carbanilic acid ester of the formula ##STR1## wherein R.sub.1 is C.sub.1 -C.sub.6 -alkyl, C.sub.2 -C.sub.6 -alkenyl, C.sub.2 -C.sub.6 -alkinyl, chlorinated C.sub.1 -C.sub.6 -alkyl or phenyl-C.sub.1 -C.sub.5 -alkyl, R.sub.2 is hydrogen or chlorine, R.sub.3 is hydrogen or C.sub.1 -C.sub.6 -alkyl, R.sub.4 is hydrogen, C.sub.1 -C.sub.6 -alkyl or phenyl which latter may also be substituted, R.sub.5 is halogen, and R.sub.6 is hydrogen or halogen. The compounds of the invention have a surprisingly high compatibility with rice, wheat, barley, oats, rye, and agricultural grasses when applied in a postemergence procedure. They also have a high activity against weeds of various resistant genera.

The compounds of the invention have a high activity against both mono- and di-cotyl weeds together with a high selectivity for agricultural plants such as rice, winter cereals, maize, cotton, sunflower, peanuts, soybeans, peas, alfalfa, clover and other leguminous plants. They may be applied in preemergence or postemergence application.
