摘要： The present invention relates to a hybrid component comprising a sheet-metal metal body and a plastic body injection-molded onto the sheet-metal body. The sheet-metal body is produced by cutting, edging, stamping and/or plastic forming a plate-shaped metal sheet, and has a surface coating on at least one visible side, as well as at least one uncoated cut or stamped edge. The plastic body is injection-molded so that it seals the at least one uncoated or stamped edge of the sheet metal body and stiffens the sheet metal body.

摘要： A roof frame arrangement of a motor vehicle has a front, a rear and two lateral roof frames, and a supporting device for a motor vehicle tailgate. The supporting device includes a tailgate hinge and at least one gas-filled compression spring. At least the lateral roof frame contains an inner shell and an outer shell connected to the latter. A hollow space is formed between the inner shell and outer shell. In order to provide a roof frame arrangement having increased stiffness, which can be produced in a simple and space-saving manner and with as few manufacturing tolerances as possible and in which a relatively great outlay on leakproofness is not required, it is proposed to form a rear end region of the lateral roof frame as a single-piece, circumferentially closed hollow profile which encloses the hollow space there and forms a receiving housing in which at least one of the hinge and the gas-filled compression spring is fitted.

Two partial modules connected to each other comprise support sections and wall and/or floor sections connected thereto. Support sections of one partial module are connected to associated support sections of the other partial module at abutment points. In order to design a highly stressed connection between partial modules of the support structure in a very stable and simple manner, the support sections of the two partial modules, which support sections are assigned in each case to one another, are assembled to form a continuous support. Abutting surfaces of the assembled support sections run obliquely with respect to the direction of extent of the support. This oblique profile of the abutting surfaces creates a connection over a very large area in relation to the cross section of the support, which ensures an extremely stable connection of the two parts to each other.
