摘要： An ADC coffee maker has a brewed coffee container and a cold water compartment surrounding part of the brewed coffee container located in a single housing. The coffee maker housing includes an upper housing member made from a thermoplastic material and a lower housing made from a thermoplastic material and forming the lower part of the brewed coffee container, such lower part being closed by a stainless steel warmer plate. A cold water fill port is located adjacent the upper end of the brewed coffee container. A uniquely constructed brew basket is provided and a uniquely constructed lid that covers the brewed coffee container and the fill port is also provided.

摘要： A toaster for heating foodstuffs includes a chassis having a cavity therein and having at least one chassis opening for accessing the cavity. A door is movable with respect to the chassis between a closed position in which the door substantially covers the chassis opening, and an open position in which the cavity is accessible through the chassis opening. A carriage with at least one slot is movable between a first position disposed completely within the cavity and a second position extending at least partially from the cavity through the chassis opening. The toaster has a heating configuration in which the carriage is in the first position and the door is in the closed position to confine the foodstuff being heated and create a generally enclosed chamber within the cavity in which heat and moisture loss is controlled.

摘要： A coffeemaker has a housing with a water reservoir, a top cover defining a fill port leading to the reservoir, and a heating chamber below the water reservoir. The housing includes a platform on which a thermal carafe can be placed in readiness for brewing. An automatic drip heater assembly pumps heated water to a brew basket which is removably mounted in brew basket holder pivotally mounted on the housing. The coffeemaker is used with a thermal carafe having a housing which houses an insulated container, preferably a double-walled vacuum bottle. A removable top lid is threadedly connected to the top of the carafe housing and has a gasket which, when the carafe top lid is threaded completely onto the housing, is in heat sealing relation to an opening to the insulated container. A brewed coffee conduit extends through the lid and a lid cover is pivotally mounted on the top of the lid between a closed position in which the lid cover covers the conduit and an open position in which the lid cover exposes the conduit. The coffeemaker and the carafe are constructed to avoid vapor locks which would prevent the brewed coffee from flowing directly into the carafe.
