A plurality of elastic hooks extends from a bottom of the base. At least one blocking portion protrudes laterally from the base. The elastic hooks extend through the first securing hole and the second securing hole and are engaged with a bottom side of one of the chassis and the electronic device. The at least one blocking portion abuts on the other one of the chassis and the electronic device, for sandwiching the electronic device and the chassis between the hooks and the at least one blocking portion.
